| At present,the process of urbanization has promoted the large-scale development of commercial buildings.More and more commercial buildings rise up,gradually increasing the density of buildings.Limited space is constantly squeezed or even divided,making urban space on the ground seriously occupied.The number of public space available for residents is reduced and the quality is difficult to be guaranteed.In this case,more and more attention were paid to the fifth facade of commercial buildings,which is not only geographical predominant,traffic smoothly and space spacious,but also can be combined with the housing industry to meet the diverse needs of users.Full and reasonable application could not only alleviate land contradictions,promote internal commerce,but also provide users with a good space for public activities.However,in the actual visit and use of the process,the author found that Changsha did not even play their due effect,although some shopping center roofs have been correspondingly expanded and set functions.The tourists would leave immediately in light of its poor user experience after their arrival.Thus,space could not be well used and it is also a wasted of high-quality roof resources and vision.Therefore,in order to understand the overall use of open roof space of Changsha Shopping Center,the author came up to more general optimization recommendations through this research.This paper selects six open roof spaces that can cover the basic use of Changsha as the research object,and classifies the research according to the main functional types of the roof,and finds its problems through the complementary combination of user behavior evaluation and user experience satisfaction evaluation.At the same time,the advantages of similar roof spaces are analyzed and summarized.The specific research content can be divided into the following four parts:The first part is the pilot study of open roof space and the analysis of the constituent elements.On the basis of exploring the method of post-use evaluation and the theory of behavior psychology,the function,spatial form and common type of open roof space are studied,and the research elements of the relevant research papers in recent years are summarized,and the classification analysis of the elements is carried out after sorting,and the common treatment methods are summarized.The second part is the design of the specific research plan.Including the determination of research objects and methods,the selected samples are classified according to the main functional types according to the content of the previous research and the actual situation in Changsha.The behavioral measurement method is used for behavioral evaluation,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used for psychological evaluation.The third part is the field visit research.The sample was selected for user type classification and the behavior,location observation are recorded.At the same time,each roof user is asked to evaluate the satisfaction of various indicators that affect the roof experience through a questionnaire.The two methods are combined to find the problems of each roof.Moreover,the author selected excellent cases of the same kind with higher scores from other cities for analysis and draw lessons from the advantages.The fourth part is a comprehensive analysis of the research object.The analysis of the commonality of the roof space with poor horizontal use experience and the analysis of the characteristics of various types of roofs are included.On this basis,the predominant methods of the same types of cases are summarized based on the summarized problems,and the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed. |
