Color Design Of Space Station Kitchen Cabin

In human space travel,astronauts need to face many stressors.These stressors may come from the effects of extreme temperature,solar and galactic cosmic radiation,lack of atmospheric pressure and high-speed micro meteorites.In addition,another important factor is microgravity.Compared with other factors,microgravity is one of the most easily simulated factors in earth experiment.In microgravity environment,the physiology and psychology of astronauts will change due to weightlessness,such as space motion sickness（SMS）.Therefore,in the process of human-machine-environment interaction in flight operation,astronauts rely on vision for spatial orientation and information transmission.The space station kitchen cabin is the basic survival support system for astronauts.Through the design of the interior color of the space station kitchen cabin,the dining experience of astronauts can be optimized,and the depression and discomfort caused by the boring and repetitive work,sealing and crowded environment can be alleviated.It is of great significance to improve the long-term work performance and physical and mental health of astronauts.（1）Based on the microgravity environment,the causes of physiological and psychological changes of astronauts and the effects of color design and food flavor changes on astronauts in space environment were studied.The research direction of this paper is established,which is to simulate the influence of space station kitchen color on olfactory taste perception in microgravity environment.（2）This paper analyzes the research status of color light design in space environment,the influence of color light on food flavor in ground environment experiment,and the evaluation methods of human physiological and psychological changes in simulated microgravity environment.（3）Referring to the internal video and picture files of the International Space Station kitchen published by NASA and ISS,the introduction of the kitchen function,the internal color matching standard of the space station,and the internal structure diagram of the kitchen published by NASA,the internal structure,functional zoning,astronaut use process and use method of the kitchen are determined,and the kitchen model of the space station in the later experiment is constructed.（4）In this paper,the changes of food flavor perception preferences of subjects in simulated microgravity environment were tested and recorded.The subjective questionnaire data were analyzed.The effects of different kitchen interior colors on subjects’ taste perception preferences were studied,and the effects of colors on subjects’ taste perception preferences were determined.（5）The comprehensive evaluation results of food flavor under different color environment were obtained,and the best interior color matching scheme of the simulated space station kitchen was further designed.
