China's urban rail transit have been started and constructed since 1965. It has gone through 43 years up to the present. Especially since the 1990s, with the gradual development of china's economic system reform, long-term underlying social demands of the planned economy have been released, the needs of urban rail transit have been increased, and China's urban rail transit has been under the long high-speed time. Up to now, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Dalian, Changchun, Wuhan, Chongqing, Chengdu, Nanjing and other cities of China have already constructed or will construct the underground and light rail transits.In early times, China didn't pay much attention to the passageway's space design of transfer platform of urban rail transit and study a little about it. In practice there still existed lots of misunderstandings: attaching too much importance to the line structure and the underground station; making light of ground architecture, piazza and supporting facility coordination. And it resulted in a large number of problems more or less in many cities. For example: the imperfect design work; the lag of station structure; the unreasonable flown line of ground space; the puzzling passageway's spatial flown line, the inconvenient transfer, and featureless ground buildings of urban rail transit transfer station. At the same time, when the architects are designing, they are likely to be limited to the function, or only take the handsome building style into consideration. They are short of special analysis and researches, especially for the research in physiology, mind, and art taste. What's more, they lose sight of designing oriental intention: the means of transportation should serve the people and design for people.This thesis starts with this point of view, and makes the humanization as the basis of the optimization of passageway's space of transfer platform in urban rail transit (mainly refers to the underground and light rail transmits). It analyzed that the effect of passageway's space of urban rail transit transfer station on physiology, mind, and art taste of human beings and the existing problems in designing. It does its best to bring forward the possible rule and new approach in designing buildings.The thesis launches mainly from four planes: the first is the theory system construction of the thesis, elaborated the user friendly theory, named 2nd chapter; the second plane is the investigation of the present situation of our country's track transportation station access space and the investigation and the analyse of the human behavior in it, use summarizing and induction it summarise the questions existed and the reason, as 3rd chapter; the third plane is the analysis about the front content, from human's physiology, mind, and art this three planes to analyse the factors need to considet of the access space designing, namely 4th chapter to 6th chapter. The 4th plane is the analyse and the research of the examples. After take a correct understanding of the city's track transportation access space, analyse the cases, propose the optimized method, namely 7th chapter. Through the elaboration, analysing and the researching of the above four planes, tring to unfold designing method of the user friendly of the city's track transportion access apace and discuss the application forecase of this method.
