For heavy-duty tracked vehicles,due to their large ton power and large braking force required for braking,dry type disc brakes are often used as braking devices.In the dry disc brake,marble-disk loading mechanism is used as a braking force conversion device.With the improvement of the maneuverability of tracked vehicles,in plateaus,mountains and other terrains.Due to the influence of the terrain gradient,the frequency of brake operation increases.The reliability of the brake in harsh environments,especially the flexibility and stability of the operation of the pressurizing mechanism,is particularly important for ensuring the high mobility and safety of tracked vehicles.Based on the operating principle of the marble-disk loading mechanism and the structure of the ball screw,the spiral-disk loading mechanism applied to the dry disc brake is proposed.The structural parameters,contact deformation,transmission efficiency,and support and fit clearance of the pressurizing mechanism are studied.The main research contents are as follows:1.Propose a new type of spiral-disk loading mechanism.Based on the design principle of the ball screw,the raceway contact angle,raceway curvature ratio,raceway profile,ball radius,number of raceway turns,number of raceway rows,number of balls,and ball circulation of the spiral-disk loading mechanism are carried out.Propose the selection range and basis of the raceway contact angle;the value of the raceway curvature ratio;the selection type of the raceway profile;the design basis of the ball radius;the selection of the number of raceway turns;the calculation formula of the number of balls and the way of the ball circulation select.2.Investigate the elastic-plastic contact deformation of the spiral-disk loading mechanism at work.The calculation method of contact deformation and contact stress of an elastic body under a certain load is analyzed.Then,the calculation formula for contact elastic deformation of the spiral-disk loading mechanism under high extrusion load is analyzed.Finally,based on the Mises yield criterion,the critical normal load and yield when the ball and spiral raceway surface yield.3.Research on the transmission efficiency of the spiral-disk loading mechanism.Analyze the forward and reverse transmission process of the spiral-disk loading mechanism,and establish the efficiency model of the forward and reverse transmission.A reasonable selection range of the spiral inclination angle and the friction coefficient are proposed.4.Research on the change characteristics of the support and fit clearance of the pressurizing mechanism.By establishing the finite element model of the spiral-disk loading mechanism,the change characteristics of the support and fit clearance of the press mechanism under the normal temperature and high temperature environment are studied.Then change the material properties of the pressurizing mechanism,and study the influence of different materials on the support and fit clearance of the pressurizing mechanism.Finally,the spiral-disk loading mechanism is analyzed,and the influence of different compression structures is compared.
