| The transmission system is a key system in a car and plays a vital role.Traditional fuel vehicles have only one power system,while hybrid vehicles have two or more power systems,and the structure and transmission control are more complicated.Among them,the electro-hydraulic control system is the core of the transmission system,which is responsible for important control execution functions.According to the characteristics of hybrid electric vehicles,this paper firstly optimizes the configuration of the hybrid power transmission system;then simulates the electro-hydraulic control system,and designs the three-dimensional structure of the electro-hydraulic control system based on the simulation results;finally,the influence The most critical component of the system-the proportional valve has been structurally designed.The specific content of this article is as follows:(1)According to the working requirements of the hybrid electric vehicle,the transmission scheme is designed,the possible working modes are analyzed,and the electro-hydraulic control system schematic diagram is designed according to the working modes.(2)The electro-hydraulic system model was built using AMESim software,and the simulation analysis was carried out.The pressure response characteristics of the key control components in the system are analyzed,and the main performance parameters and structural parameters are determined.(3)Three-dimensional modeling of the key hydraulic components and valve bodies of the electro-hydraulic control system was carried out through UG software.After the preliminary design of the three-dimensional model of the electro-hydraulic control module,the ANSYS Workbench simulation platform was used to calculate the static strength of the designed three-dimensional structure of the valve body,and the thermo-solid coupling of the hydraulic valve was analyzed.(4)After the design and simulation analysis of the hydraulic transmission part of the system,according to the frustration problem that occurs during the clutch coupling process in the transmission scheme of this article,the position of the clutch is controlled by the proportional valve,so that the clutch is more effective in the coupling process.smooth.In this paper,the transmission scheme of the hybrid power system and its electro-hydraulic control system structure are designed,and the related development process and steps are improved.At the same time,according to the requirements of the clutch in the process of coupling,the proportional valve is designed.Provides relevant practical cases for the integration of mechatronics and hydraulics and the combination of hydraulic technology and control technology. |
