| Among the many faults of belt conveyor,the deviation fault of conveyor belt is the most common fault in the production and operation process of belt conveyor.The deviation of conveyor belt will affect the normal operation of belt conveyor.If the circumstances are serious,it may cause major equipment damage and casualties,and bring great losses to the enterprise.Therefore,for the safe operation of belt conveyor,It is of great significance to study and design the automatic deviation correction device and its control system with good safety and high reliability.According to the problems existing in the practical application of belt conveyor deviation detection equipment and deviation correction equipment,through the comprehensive evaluation of the existing detection methods and deviation correction equipment,the static deviation correction and dynamic deviation correction schemes are proposed,and the active deviation correction research scheme based on dynamic and static combination is established.This subject mainly focuses on dynamic deviation correction,develops a set of active deviation correction device integrating deviation detection,deviation correction and protection functions without manual intervention,and gives static deviation correction suggestions according to the analysis of dynamic deviation correction data.Based on the inclination sensor,a deviation detection device is designed,and a new "infinite" mechanical deviation detection device is designed.After conversion,the belt deviation distance can be accurately judged,which provides basic data for the calculation of subsequent deviation correction strategies.Based on the inclination sensor and stay wire displacement sensor,the deviation correction actuator is designed,which can accurately control the deviation correction angle.According to the design requirements and functional requirements of the control system of the active deviation correction device,a data acquisition and execution control module system based on CAN bus communication is designed.Each module and the main control system can communicate through CAN bus.Each module has data acquisition and execution control capabilities and can operate independently of each other,and each module is designed with remote and local control switch,It is convenient for installation and commissioning,and is more suitable for actual use conditions.The control system of belt conveyor active deviation correction device with PLC as the lower computer and MCGS touch screen as the visual monitoring interface is designed.The control system monitors the data collected by each deviation detection device through CAN bus,gives the specific deviation correction strategy after processing,and sends the instructions to each specific signal acquisition and execution control module,Each module number controls the deviation correction actuator to correct the deviation,and sends the deviation correction implementation and deviation information to the control system for processing in real time.In addition,the control system can automatically identify the issued deviation correction command and carry out two-way deviation correction according to the different running directions of the belt conveyor.Finally,the deviation detection system,signal acquisition and execution control system and main control system system are installed on the experimental platform to comprehensively test the functions of field hardware and software.The results show that the deviation correction effect of the system is obvious and meets the design requirements.Based on the actual working conditions,the research on the active deviation correction device of belt conveyor carried out in this thesis has good practical significance and reference value for reducing the deviation probability of belt conveyor and improving the deviation correction effect.There are 82 figures,13 tables and 61 references in the thesis. |
