As an important equipment for conveying materials,belt conveyors are developing towards long-distance,large capacity,high precision,and high efficiency.Along with the long distance and increased transportation requirements,a series of problems arise.As the running distance continues to increase and the route layout becomes more complex,the stability of belt conveyor operation is increasingly valued.Belt deviation is one of the common faults of belt conveyors,which often causes belt wear and material spillage.In severe cases,it can lead to belt breakage,equipment damage,and so on.In order to reduce the losses and hazards caused by belt deviation and maximize the economic benefits of the belt conveyor during operation,this article takes a certain belt conveyor as the simulation object,and conducts research from the factors that affect belt conveyor deviation,correction measures,correction principles,and parametric design of auxiliary device components.and combines the mathematical model with multi-body dynamics.The main research content is as follows:(1)Summarized and analyzed the factors that affect the deviation of the conveyor belt and the mechanical performance of the conveyor belt,and selected a conveyor belt simulation model that meets the actual situation;Established the lateral dynamic equation of the conveyor belt,simplified and analyzed the dynamic equation,and identified the lateral stability factors that affect the deviation of the conveyor belt;(2)Establish a dynamic simulation model for a belt conveyor in RecurDyn,analyze the influence of lateral motion stability factors on the lateral displacement of the conveyor belt,and verify the correctness of the lateral dynamic equation;Analyze the installation and manufacturing factors that affect the deviation of the conveyor belt in the 24 m long belt conveyor model,as well as the correction principle of the training roller,and summarize the variation law of the deviation amount of the conveyor belt after adding a correction device;(3)Establish a SQL Server database for the parameters of the auxiliary device components of the belt conveyor,and use Visual Basic 6.0 programming language as a tool to achieve parameterized design of the belt conveyor training roller,guide groove,and cleaner auxiliary devices.
