| In the high-rise building system of modern society,steel reinforced concrete composite structure has been widely used.In recent years,in the wave of various construction technologies in the construction market,steel reinforced concrete composite structure has caught up with the advantaged advantages of the latter,shines brightly in a variety of architectural designs,and has won wide praise in the construction market.In this thesis,the installation and construction quality of steel members in the construction of Bailey frame cast-in-situ steel reinforced concrete floor slab,steel column,steel beam and other main structures of YJ New Town Central Square Construction Project in new urban area of Xuzhou City are taken as the main research object.According to the construction experience of steel reinforced concrete structures of experts in the industry and similar projects nearby,This paper puts forward the major problem points that are easy to occur in steel reinforced concrete structure,discusses and summarizes the influencing factors leading to such problems in the construction process of steel reinforced concrete structure based on the questionnaire method and correlation diagram method,determines the control indicators in the construction process in combination with the construction process of steel reinforced concrete structure,and implements the key indicators through the process control method,The welding quality and installation accuracy of section steel structure are improved,and the goal of one-time acceptance is finally achieved.Through this study,it is ensured that the construction unit can pass the acceptance on the difficult process of steel reinforced concrete structure at one time,avoid the increase of cost and delay of construction period caused by rework and other problems,and accumulate valuable experience for the construction unit in the follow-up construction of steel reinforced concrete structure. |
