The Building Of The Methods And System Of Construction Quality Of Steel Structure Project

In view of the present situation of construction quality of steel structure project not easily controlled, the paper first analyzes the objective of quality control and its methods. Then by applying the theory of comprehensive quality management and relative knowledge of quality control of steel structure, it points out setting up the comprehensive quality management network system to control well the construction quality of steel structure project. The main research work and contents are as follows:Firstly, discusses quality control theory of spatial grid steel structure project and its methods.Secondly, analyzes the characteristics, the difficulties of quality control and the causes of construction accidents in quality, and the status quo of quality management as well.Thirdly, analyzes the objective of quality control and its methods and applies the comprehensive quality management theory to set up quality control theory of spatial grid steel structure project system.Fourthly, based on practical engineering, quality control points in the key processes are established and program graph is compiled.Lastly, take the steel structure project of some International Exhibition Center as an example, the paper introduces the application of comprehensive construction quality management system in it. What's more, it designs the contents of engineering quality detection and analyzes the causes of the measuring data and quality defects by using mathematic statistics. The engineering practice shows the effectiveness by using the methods above in construction quality management.
