| With the rapid development of subway transportation,the construction and operation mileage has increased year by year,and the construction of urban subway transportation in China is in a stage of rapid development.As one of the mature,stable,and highly controllable project management modes in the current engineering construction field,the general construction contract mode of construction of large tender sections is gradually being introduced into the construction of our country’s subway projects.Therefore,this thesis combines Hangzhou Metro Line 8 to explore the application of general construction contract mode in order to better apply it in subway engineering practice.First of all,combined with the current status of domestic and foreign subway construction general construction contract project management fields at this stage,define the types and management modes of the general construction contract mode for the construction of urban subway large bidding sections,and through comparative analysis,the advantages of general construction contract mode in contract management,risk-taking,cost control,cost management,schedule control,construction technology management and safety management are drawn,which lays the foundation for the application of general construction contract mode in subway projects.Secondly,using questionnaire surveys,station surveys,expert interviews and other methods,the current management status of 10 subway projects that currently adopt the general construction contract model is explored,and the main problems encountered in the current general construction contract model are analyzed.Reflected in the "misalignment with the owner,poor quality management,schedule management planning and corrective measures in a form,incomplete contract and subcontract management,and insufficient cost control links",and analyze the causes of these problems.Then,through case analysis,engineering analogy,field investigation,etc.,similar projects constructed in the subway construction of Kunming,Nanning and Hangzhou are analyzed using the general construction contract mode.Through comparative analysis of the project’s organization,management model,and management process,it is found that the management model not only has clear responsibilities and rights at all levels and reduced coordination work,but also can give full play to the general contractor’s group advantages,professional advantages,and scale effects.The use of general construction contract mode for Metro Line 8projects has many references.Finally,based on the current engineering situation of Hangzhou Metro Line 8,it is recommended that the general construction contractor strengthen the construction of relevant functional departments and organizational interfaces;implement comprehensive technical quality management and schedule target management;strengthen the management and control of contracts,subcontractors,and costs.The measures have improved the overall management level of Line 8 and successfully completed and opened to traffic.And through a questionnaire survey of the managers of each work area of the Line 8 project,it can be seen that the relevant management improvement measures have achieved substantial results.The conclusions of the research and exploration of this article are conducive to better applying the general construction contract model to urban subway construction projects,and provide a reference for urban subway construction projects to adopt the general construction contract mode. |
