Vitality Evaluation And Renewal Strategy Of Public Space In Historical And Cultural Block

As the urbanization process ushered in a transitional period,and urban construction changed from incremental planning to stock planning,people gradually realized that the optimization of the internal structure of the city is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of the city and tap the value of the city in the future.In this context,the value of the public space in historical and cultural blocks has received unprecedented attention,but for a long time,historical and cultural blocks have faced problems such as the deconstruction of traditional spaces by modern society,the disappearance of traditional life breath,and the lack of vitality in public spaces.It is necessary to start from the block level,through the establishment of an overall evaluation of the block,and formulate a targeted renewal strategy to stimulate the vitality of the block while continuing the block texture and inheriting culture,and promote the revival of the historical and cultural block.First of all,this article takes the public space vitality of urban historical and cultural blocks as the research object,and based on combing the related literature and theories about the vitality of the block space and the update,proposes that the public space vitality of the block is composed of external representations and influencing factors,and uses Expert analysis method,AHP analytic method combined with on-the-spot investigation established a vitality evaluation model of public space in historical and cultural blocks.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,based on the region,taking Suzhou Changmen historical and cultural district as an example,177 vitality units were evaluated.According to the external representation of vitality,combined with thermal data,analyze the thermal distribution and fluctuations of public spaces;for vitality influencing factors,big data and traditional data are combined,and the advantages of various data are used to quantify the vitality factors that affect the public space of the block Evaluation.The results of external representations and influencing factors are compared,and the relationship between the two aspects is analyzed to prove the correctness of the evaluation system.Finally,in view of the different vitality levels of public spaces,a renewal strategy of maintaining optimization,comprehensive promotion and potential mining is proposed.Aiming at the vitality factors,combined with the concept of "micro-renewal",the renewal strategy of traffic system reorganization,material environment improvement,block function integration,and historical and cultural inheritance are proposed.This article enriches the existing research on the Changmen block,and provides new ideas for the vitality improvement and renewal protection of the block.
