Research On Landscape Style Planning Of Hou Jia Lou Village Based On Landscape Character Assessment

In the strategy of rural revitalization,China puts forward the general requirements of prosperous industry,ecological livability,civilized rural customs,effective governance and affluent life,to making agriculture stronger,rural areas more beautiful and farmers richer.At the end of 2018,the rural resident population was 564.01 million,and the rural area accounted for 57.59% of the total area of the country.China is a mountainous country,and 70% of China’s land area is mountainous.Mountains and hills account for 80% of the geomorphic types in Shanxi Province.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study mountainous villages.In this paper,by studying the experience of planning rural landscape features and related theoretical system of domestic and abroad,seeking the ways to excavate and protect the landscape features.Finally,chose to use the Landscape Character Assessment to analyzing the landscape features of different landscape types in Houjialou Village and the landscape feature elements that reflect the strong regional characteristics of the village.Selected the corresponding evaluation indicators in combination with the superior planning and the needs of the villagers.On the premise of ecological security,protect and develop the diversity,richness and uniqueness of rural landscape by protecting and renewing the characteristics of rural landscape.This paper can be divided into four parts.The first part(i.e.the first and second chapters): The first chapter first puts forward the research background,research purpose and significance of the thesis.Secondly,the research object and content,research methods and research framework are expounded.The second chapter is a literature review.Firstly,the concepts of "rural landscape and landscape style" are explained.After combing the history of rural development at home and abroad,and briefly describing the development process of landscape feature evaluation method.Finally describes the process of evaluation,the first step of landscape characteristics analysis phase,the second step of landscape evaluation,the third step is given proposal stage.The second part(Chapter 3,Chapter 4): Chapter 3 firstly constructs the Houjialou rural landscape classification system,according to the existing landscape classification research,according to the "function-form" landscape classification method.The rural landscape of Houjialou is divided into four landscape subtypes and seven landscape units: architectural complex,farmland,mountain forest and river landscape.Secondly,the present situation and components of the four landscape subtypes are described,the characteristic elements of different landscape types are excavated,and the landscape characteristic zoning map is drawn.The main features of Houjialou rural landscape are extracted,including undulating hills,terraced fields,fragrant pear orchard,and stacked cave-dwelling buildings.Chapter IV Establishment of Evaluation System.Based on the purpose of protecting landscape features and ecological security,landscape features,sensitivity and land resource evaluation were selected.Landscape feature evaluation is the characteristic evaluation of the main elements of landscape,and 21 indexes are selected to make up the landscape feature evaluation model.Sensitivity evaluation includes visual sensitivity and ecological sensitivity.The evaluation of land resources includes agricultural and construction functions.The evaluation results show that the landscape characteristics of the architectural complex landscape are medium,which belongs to the low sensitivity landscape.The area of the high-grade land resources directed by the construction function is less in Houjialou village,and the northwest direction is the development direction of the future construction land.The farmland landscape has high characteristics and belongs to the medium sensitivity landscape.The high-grade land resources directed by agricultural functions occupy a small area in Houjialou Village and are scattered in the northeast.The mountain forest landscape has medium landscape characteristics,that is,it belongs to medium sensitivity landscape.The river landscape has low landscape characteristics and belongs to high sensitivity landscape.Finally,according to the evaluation results of Houjialou Village landscape characteristics,the following development and planning of Houjialou Village are proposed.Third part(chapter 5): the planning and development demand as the foundation,combination with building countryside landscape present situation and advice after evaluation,put forward "based on the environment,with features as the soul,powered by industry" of the building of rural landscapes add after planning overall goal and for four kinds of landscape types "to protect the original folk customs style(complex landscape),establish ecological agriculture(agricultural landscape)regional characteristics,in order to protect the original vegetation,forest landscape based on development and utilization,pollution control,restoration ecology(river)" requirement,and proposes the corresponding detailed planning content.The fourth part(Chapter 6): summarizes the research of this paper,points out the innovation points of this paper,and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of this paper.
