| Dongfeng Weir, which is listed in the first batch of World Irrigation Engineering Heritage, flows on the earth of the Jiejiang River.Over the past 350 years,it has generated tremendous ecological, economic, and social benefits for the ecological protection, agricultural development, and urban habitat enhancement of the clamped river. How to effectively promote the systematic conservation and sustainable development of the Dongfeng Yan Irrigation District after its successful inscription is the most immediate and challenging task at present. In this paper,we firstly analyze the habitat and landscape system of Dongfeng Yan Irrigation District, and then use the "k-mean clustering algorithm" to classify the relationship of "water system-farmland-settlement" in the irrigation district, and more scientifically summarize the evolution of Dongfeng Yan Self-flowing Irrigation District. We summarize the evolution of the water system and the distribution characteristics of human settlements in the irrigation area, and conclude the six wisdoms of habitat construction and the three major changes in the relationship between the irrigation system and human settlement patterns since its establishment.Secondly, the paper analyzes the flooding adaptability of the irrigation district and summarizes the traditional ecological wisdom of the flooding adaptability of the irrigation district system and the development of the ancient county town of Jiejiang from ancient times to the present day,in view of the flooding problems caused by the unique natural and social attributes of the Jiejiang area.Secondly, this paper also uses RS and GIS technology to assess the flood risk assessment method, and obtains the results of comprehensive assessment and grading of flood risk in the irrigation area by assessing the flood hazard, vulnerability, and risk grading. The study compares the problems existing in the modern development process, summarizes the weaknesses of modern flood adaptation in irrigation districts, and proposes flood adaptation strategies for irrigation districts to adapt to current and future development.Based on the assessment of the flooding adaptability of the irrigation area, combined with the protection and development objectives of the Qianfo Rock scenic area and the two oldest trunk canals in the irrigation area, the Shijie Weir and the Baxiao Weir, the scope of this planning is established: from the Gongtan Spillway Loft site, incorporating the Qianfo Rock scenic area, including the entire county urban area and some surrounding settlements and farmlands,to The planning boundary was established by the Qingyi River, the national highway Jiejiang Avenue and the village boundary. Finally, for the analysis of the site situation and problems within the planning and design scope, through the study and horizontal comparison analysis of six domestic and foreign related cases, which either have the same natural causes of disasters,or the same social causes of disasters,or the similar nature of the site system, all can provide directional guidance for the planning and design of floodadapted landscape in irrigation areas from different aspects. We take the essence of "traditional ecological wisdom of irrigation areas" and "modern flood-adapted landscape gardening wisdom",combine the traditional wisdom of urban water management with modern urban flood prevention and mitigation needs, and use the planning and design area as a practice site to improve the flood-adapted landscape of Dongfengyan irrigation area. The planning and design area is used as a practice site to provide new ideas for the improvement of flood resilience and habitat development in the Dongfengyan Irrigation District and the flood resilience planning of other urban spaces along the riverside flat dams and irrigation areas. |
