| In recent years,China’s urban rail transit has entered an optimized development stage,and the trend of diversified development has become increasingly obvious.By virtue of its unique advantages,suspension monorail transportation can supplement and perfect the urban rail transportation network.And it is expected to have broad development and application space in specific areas of cities in China.The plane curve parameters are directly related to vehicle running stability and passenger comfort.Since the operating mechanism of the suspended monorail is completely different from other urban rail transit systems,the interaction law of traditional urban rail vehicles-lines and the key calculation parameters for determining line technical standards cannot be fully applied.Therefore,through the combination of theoretical research and multi-system comparative test research,the plane curve parameters of the suspended monorail system are systematically analyzed and studied,and the values of related calculation parameters are proposed to improve the design theory of plane curve parameters of suspended monorail lines and further optimize engineering design.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are included:(1)A multi-system comparative test method is used to analyze the differences in the influence of vehicle vibration characteristics of different transportation systems on driving stability and passenger comfort.The following conclusions are obtained:the subway comfort level is"level 2,comfortable",the straddle monorail comfort level is"level 3,fairly comfortable";the driving stability and passenger comfort of suspended monorail vehicles are worse than those of the subway and straddle-type monorail;whether the suspended monorail vehicle runs on a straight line or a curve,the lateral stability index of the vehicle is larger than the vertical stability index,which is significantly different from the subway and straddle monorail,indicating that its lateral stability is poor.(2)The plane minimum curve radius of the suspended monorail line based on passenger comfort is calculated and analyzed,and the following conclusions are obtained:It is recommended that the comfort level of the suspended monorail can refer to straddle monorail,and select"level 3,fairly comfortable"as the passenger comfort control standard;the maximum lateral tilt angle of the car body is recommended to be 6°,and the allowable value of unbalanced lateral acceleration is recommended to be 0.42 m/s~2 under general comfort conditions and 0.67 m/s~2 under difficult conditions;based on passenger comfort,the minimum curve radius of the suspended monorail plane at different design speeds is recommended.(3)The key calculation parameters that affect the length of transition curve of the suspended monorail line are studied,and recommendations for the value of the length of the transition curve that meet the structural characteristics of the suspended monorail system are proposed.The following conclusions are obtained:the allowable lateral deflection angle time variability of the vehicle body is recommended to be 0.07rad/s,the unbalanced lateral acceleration time variability is recommended to be 0.3m/s~3;at the same time,the value of the length of the transition curve matching the driving speed is also recommended. |
