With the development of national economy and the improvement of people’s life,our country into the stage of rapid development,more and more people get into the city,and gradually formed a town and city circle,city traffic rapid growth with hitherto unknown speed.However,with the increasing density of urban population,the pressure of urban traffic is also increasing.The existing public transport has been unable to meet the daily travel needs of urban residents.The suspended monorail vehicle is a medium volume traffic system.It has a series of advantages,such as fast construction,low cost,high climbing ability,low noise and small curve radius.And it moves ground traffic to the air and solves the problem of urban traffic congestion on the basis of the need to expand the existing road facilities in the city.Firstly,this paper narrates the origin and development of the suspended monorail vehicle,and makes a summary of the development status of the vehicles in China and abroad.Then taking the German H-Bahn suspended monorail vehicle as the research object,the structural form of each part of the bogie is introduced in detail,and the mathematical model and dynamic simulation model are established by analyzing the force of bogie and carbody.Secondly,on the basis of GB 5599-85 and UIC 518,it is decided to evaluate the dynamic performance of suspended monorail by maximum steering force,maximum vertical force of running tyre,tyre load reduction rate and carbody roll angle.Then,respectively analyze the influence of the guide tyre rail clearance,the radial stiffness of the guide tyre,the damping of the inclined damper,the stable tyre and the side wind on dynamic performance of the suspended monorail vehicle.Finally,by referring to the standard CJJ96-2003,we deduce the calculation formula of the vehicle gauge for suspended monorail vehicle,and verify the objective formula with the dynamic simulation model.The analysis results show that the guide tyre rail clearance has small influence on the vertical stability index,and has great influence on the lateral stability index.The radial stiffness of the guide tyre has small influence on the linear dynamic performance of the vehicle,and has a significant influence on the curve dynamic performance.The damping of the inclined damper has little influence on the linear dynamic performance of the vehicle,and has a great influence on the roll angle of the carbody.Without stable tyre,tyre load reduction rate and maximum vertical force of running tyre is greater than with stable tyre,so it is necessary to set up stable tyre.The side wind has a great influence on the lateral dynamic performance,and has little effect on the vertical dynamic performance.The ball hinge between the bolster and the center pin help to improve the dynamic performance,but the torsional stiffness should be taken in a proper amount,not the greater the better.The running stability and curve dynamic performance are good of the carbody under empty or heavy.The calculation results if we consider only the dynamics simulation cannot fully reflect the vehicle dynamics,however,the dynamic simulation and theoretical calculation elements are consistent with the formula of calculation results,can better reflect the vehicle dynamics.
