Research On The Design Of Urban Public Facilities Based On Regional Cultural Features

In recent years,the needs of the people have gradually developed from a shallower level of material needs to a more diversified and deeper level.The pursuit of the spiritual level makes all walks of life begin to work hard to develop the cultural industry.Urban public facilities are the most convenient and effective way for us to recognize and analyze a city,and it is also an indispensable part of the study,communication,and life of urban residents.However,our country’s urban public facilities have not kept up with the rapid advancement of society,not only lacking their own characteristics,but also unable to enhance their sense of gain from the psychological level in the form of people’s increasingly urgent pursuit of uniqueness,culture and artistry.Therefore,with local characteristics and cultural characteristics of urban public facilities,on the one hand,can improve the image of the city and meet people’s needs,on the other hand is also an effective way to we spread to the world culture.This topic has used the literature material induction summary method,the actual case study analysis method,the on-the-spot investigation method,the modeling rendering realization method and so on theory and the practice union method,the combination and innovation between regional culture and public facilities are discussed in detail.This project has the following three innovations and characteristics:(1)Investigate and analyze the design status of public facilities in different cities and different regions,and summarize the common shortcomings and deficiencies in the design of public facilities in cities in my country at the emergence stage,thus leading to the importance of public facilities in the urban process.(2)to carry out the deep level exploration to the region culture,the city public facility related concept and the theory,synthesizes the region culture element choice and the use principle,induces a set of culture element processing extraction method.(3)Exploring the application steps and ways of the refined cultural symbols in the modeling design of urban public facilities,so as to improve the social status quo of my country’s one-sided and severely homogenized public facilities.This project took the public facilities design of Yibin City,Sichuan Province as a practical case,investigated and summarized the current status of public facilities in Yibin City and the application of regional culture in it,and investigated the regional culture of Yibin City.Combining the imperfect places in public facilities and the future planning requirements of Yibin City,select and extract the most unique and representative regional cultural elements,and apply these elements to the specific public facilities design.Public facilities that are rich in Yibin’s cultural connotation and can be well integrated with the urban space.
