| With the development of the times,people have higher requirements on the comfort,convenience,environmental protection and other aspects of household equipment.The traditional household water radiator is generally controlled by manual valve,but the manual valve can not achieve constant temperature control,resulting in a waste of energy,which is not in line with the concept of environmental protection.In addition,for the indoor parallel water heater heating system,there will be hydraulic imbalance in the actual work,which will lead to a room temperature too low or too high,and affect the indoor comfort and the operation effect of the system.Based on the above requirements and background,this paper proposes a wireless control system of water heating constant temperature,which is composed of hardware,server and client.The client is realized by wechat applet,and the server is mqtt server.Through the message publishing and subscription function of mqtt server,the temperature control valve and indoor temperature value can be controlled and displayed in real time.The hardware side is a temperature control valve with Arduino as the core control board.The design of temperature control mode is divided into single room mode based on fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm and multi room mode based on variable flow system balance control.The combination of the two temperature control modes realizes the constant temperature control of indoor single room heating temperature,and solves the problem of hydraulic imbalance when the indoor water heaters are in parallel.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the system,the whole system of single room heating mode is tested in the simulation experimental environment.The experimental results show that the system is easy to operate,has higher energy efficiency,and can realize the constant temperature control of the room.In addition,through modeling and analysis of parallel pipeline,the feasibility of adopting variable flow system balance control to solve hydraulic imbalance in multi room heating mode is verified,and the calculation program of water flow and valve opening of each branch is established by using virtual instrument technology. |
