With the development of the metropolitan area,a large number of people live in the suburbs or new towns and work in the city center,resulting in a large number of passenger flow with concentrated flow direction and obvious time difference.It can be said that the regional rail transit is the inevitable product of urban scale expansion and global development.Regional rail transit is a kind of rapid transit rail line connecting the central city with the peripheral city or extending to the adjacent cities and towns in the metropolitan area.The line is often longer and the speed level is higher.However,the domestic research on the traffic organization of regional rail transit is not deep enough,and the technical index standards are not clear.This paper studies the use of systems engineering methods,closely combine the theoretical analysis and production practice,and use the means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to provide help for the regional rail transit operation organization design.Through the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign regional rail transit,it is found that the passenger flow of regional rail transit is quite different from other rail transit modes in terms of flow,direction,flow time,process and space-time distribution,and the design of its service standard is also different from that of traditional Metro Train operation interval and other aspects of its service technical indicators.According to whether the fast and local trains adopt the same speed level,they are divided into the express/local train with equal speed and the express/local train with unequal speed.At present,the domestic urban rail transit mainly adopts the express/local train with equal speed.The express/local train with unequal speed is widely used in railway,but it is rarely used in urban rail transit,and there is no relevant research results and application precedent in China.This paper focuses on the analysis of the differences between the two modes on the basis of the calculation method of the system capacity of the constant speed fast and slow train mode,and then puts forward the calculation method of the system capacity of the express/local train with equal speed.It provides a more scientific and standardized design method for engineering decision-making of the express/local train with unequal speed with different speed target values,which is conducive to optimizing rail transit operation scheme in the future.At the same time,the setting rule of overtaking point is found out through the simulation of slow running diagram in different proportions,so as to determine the position of overtaking point before the operation diagram is drawn.In order to simplify the drawing process,this paper develops a set of automatic drawing system of train diagram suitable for the operation of regional rail transit.By inputting the basic line information,traction calculation results,overtaking point position and other conditions,the train diagram can be obtained automatically,It provides convenience for traffic organization in actual planning stage.
