In recent years,China’s urban rail transit has developed rapidly.In September 2019,the outline for the construction of a transportation power proposed the layout of infrastructure to promote the integrated development of urban rail transit,build a high-quality urban rail transit network and comprehensive transportation hub,and the comprehensive development of subway station has become a new growth pole of urban space growth.In this context,how to improve the comprehensive development of underground space of subway station has become a problem with research value and necessity.In the second chapter,through the literature review at home and abroad,the research objects and methods of space vitality proposed in the literature are summarized.It is pointed out that the research methods of space vitality in China are relatively mature,but the research results of taking underground commercial space of subway station as the main object are lacking.Combined with the index evaluation method of vitality in China,this paper takes the underground commercial space of subway station as the research object,and carries out research on the special places of its traffic space and underground space.In the third chapter,this paper uses the vitality measurement index system as the research method of space vitality.The selection of indicators is carried out from the perspective of space-based design and user-oriented perception.The influence factors are determined by comparison and induction.According to the selection principles of rationality and measurability of indicators,a feasible index evaluation system is constructed Give weight to each index,and determine the specific measurement and calculation method of each index.In the fourth chapter,by comparing the land use status and underground commercial development maturity around the stations of Chengdu line 1 and line 2,Tianfu Square Station and Chunxi Road station are selected as the objects of empirical study.The vitality of underground commercial space of the two stations is measured by using the established vitality measurement system,and the measurement results are compared horizontally to get the influence factors on the vitality of underground commercial space of the stations Evaluation of response index.In the fifth chapter,based on the analysis results of vitality measurement and the investigation conclusions of empirical research,the optimization design principles and Strategies of underground commercial space of subway station in three levels of space form and layout,space psychological perception and space facilities layout are discussed.Taking the underground commercial space of Tianfu Square Station and Chunxi station as examples,the vitality promotion design strategies are applied and suggestions are put forward Optimization scheme.At the end of this paper,the methods and conclusions of this study are summarized,and the reasons for the error of vitality measurement index system are briefly analyzed and explained.
