With the continuous development of urbanization in China,the national economic development has entered the transition period,and the urban development and construction has changed from "quantity" to "quality".As an important public field of urban development and construction,urban commercial district is the most dynamic public space in modern urban life,which undertakes many functions such as daily consumption,public communication,leisure and entertainment.However,under the fierce impact of Internet commerce,the traditional commercial district of the city has exposed many problems such as single function,solidifying business form,fuzzy positioning and slow transformation.The vitality is declining.The traditional data means of urban planning also have the disadvantages of low precision,high cost and delayed information,which can not deal with the complex planning problems under the background of the new era.Therefore,in the context of the rapid development of information and communication technology,it is a hot topic to measure the vitality of commercial districts and explore the mechanism of vitality influence by using new data methods.This paper takes the vitality of urban commercial district as the research topic,and takes the commercial districts in the main urban area of Wuhan as the research object.Firstly,it combs and understands the relevant concepts,theories and research status of the vitality of commercial districts,and clarifies the research direction of the vitality of the district.Secondly,based on the collection and processing of the administrative boundary and water system data,OSM road network data,building vector data,and the construction vector data The data of bus and rail transit stations and lines,POI data of Wuhan,thermal data of Baidu map and high-definition remote sensing image,the basic database of Wuhan city is established.Based on the construction principle of the vitality measurement system of urban commercial districts,the external representation and internal composition of vitality are established as two dimensions of vitality measurement.The corresponding indicators of the two dimensions are selected respectively,and the vitality measurement framework is constructed,and the quantitative methods of each indicator are introduced..In the empirical study,based on the measurement framework of vitality,this paper first uses the instantaneous thermal data and thermal average value of Wuhan to measure the external representation of commercial district vitality from the time dimension and spatial dimension,and then measures the internal composition of commercial district vitality according to the multi data and index quantification method,and conducts multivariate linear regression analysis on the measurement results of the district in SPSS to identify the factors that affect the vitality of commercial districts,and explores the influence mechanism of vitality.Secondly,by further narrowing the scope of the study,three typical commercial districts in Wuhan city are selected for in-depth study to verify the rationality and accuracy of the influence mechanism,and put forward relevant strategies to enhance the vitality of commercial districts.The research results of this paper can be used as a useful exploration for urban planning research.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the vitality of commercial districts,hoping to provide an objective basis for the formulation of urban planning related decisions.Secondly,the vitality measurement framework can provide an operational,scientific and reasonable index reference system for the design of urban commercial districts,At the same time,the promotion strategy of this study hopes to provide reference and enlightenment for urban design,commercial district design and the transformation and development of commercial districts.
