With the growth of public awareness,the innovation of emerging science and technology,and the serious consumption of global resource reserves and other factors,the future of automobiles will develop rapidly in the directions of electronics,telematics,automatic driving,and shared travel,the number of ECUs(Electronic Control Units)and the demand for computing power also will show explosive growth with these new technologies.The evolution of vehicle electronic and electrical architecture has not only increased the complexity of the automotive electronic system,but also put forward higher requirements for the communication method of the vehicle bus.In the process of car manufacturing,the final assembly shop is the last process of vehicle build,its operating status directly affects production efficiency,vehicle quality and delivery requirements.The quality of the electronics and electrical appliances of the vehicle is one of the important indicators of the final assembly shop.At present,the end of line(EOL)diagnostic system of domestic OEMs is still in its infancy.For the EOL detection of electronic appliances,it focuses on manual check and supplier quality assurance.This detection method is too dependent on personnel and cannot support production efficiency.The detection requirements of complex electrical appliances have led to effective monitoring of the quality of electrical appliances.According to the requirements of the assembly workshop,this paper designs a set of EOL diagnostic test system for the above problems,which can realize the effective detection and monitoring of electrical and electrical functions,at the same time can meet the diagnostic needs brought by the future electronic and electrical architecture upgrades.The EOL diagnostic system designed in the paper can improve production efficiency,resolve the reliability problems of manual check in the traditional way,and ensure the quality of vehicle electronics.In view of this situation,the main content of this paper is as follows: 1)Aiming at the gaps in the field of EOL diagnostic detection systems,the reasons for the instability,unity and low reliability of traditional detection methods are analyzed,and a CAN(Controller Area Network)/DOIP(Diagnostic Over Internet Protocol)based EOL diagnostic system is raised.The system solves the problems of low efficiency,missing faults,and difficult identification of electrical problems in the electronic and electrical testing process.Finally,the high-efficiency detection and stable operation of this system through the actual production line operation verified the accuracy,effectiveness and practicability of this diagnostic detection system.2)Analyzing the functions that the system needs to realize,the overall structure of the diagnostic system is designed,the corresponding hardware scheme is researched and developed,the corresponding hardware architecture is built,and the function of the whole system is realized.The system can be applied not only to vehicles with traditional CAN bus architecture,but also to vehicles with Ethernet architecture.The future remote diagnosis can also be extended based on this system,so it has strong scalability and high applicability.3)Aiming at the problem of traditional automotive electronic and electrical function inspections relying on manual check or experience,the software of the EOL diagnostic system was researched and designed,and the testing method based on the diagnostic testing program was proposed.A data storage server and a visualization data platform were designed for diagnostic data.The storage and display of this method solves the pain points of the inefficiency of traditional detection methods and the difficulty of tracking electronic and electrical data.Finally,the test on the production line verifies the accuracy and real-time nature of this method.4)The communication verification of this system was carried out on the actual vehicle,and the software downloading comparison through CAN and DoIP two methods was carried out.The performance of the system was verified and it was run in the production environment for a period of time.The test data report was exported through the visual data platform,which verified the reliability and stability of data query and search.The electrical and electronic diagnosis system discussed in this article is developed for the vehicle configuration and testing of the vehicle,its research and development results are of great practical significance.It will provide a testing platform for the growing vehicle electrical and electronic network architecture,and also gather experience for the development of future remote(OTA Over The Air)diagnosis.
