At present,large cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Hangzhou are further expanding their influence to the surrounding areas through rail transit,establishing close relations with the adjacent small and medium-sized cities,strengthening the construction of metropolitan,and gradually forming urban agglomeration.As an important city in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,Nanjing is no exception.The Metropolitan area with Nanjing as the core city will gradually connect the main urban area with new towns,small and medium-sized rural towns and surrounding cities through a number of intercity rail transit.In the future,an urban-rural commuting circle will be built with rail transit as the framework.In recent years,with the continuous opening of the suburban rail network,there have been large numbers of stations passing through the suburbs,and the spatial integration level of the surrounding stations lags behind,which is in urgent need of development.Under the background of Nanjing metropolitan vigorously developing,it is necessary to discuss the integrated development of suburban rail transit and metropolitan space,station area space and suburban environment as the main object.Due to the high heterogeneity of suburban environment,suburban stations have more particularity and complexity than urban sites,as well as the different development levels.This paper analyzes spatial integration development of typical sample stations based on the classification research of current stations,focusing on the four aspects of land use,traffic connections,space and landscape,and development and implementation.The cause effecting the spatial integration are studied.The degree of integration of suburban station space not only reflects the development state of the surrounding area,but is also closely related to the spatial development of the metropolitan area along the track.Based on the development of Nanjing metropolitan,this paper sorts the interaction and the structural relationship between suburban rail transit and metropolitan area combined with relevant theories.As an important development node with great development potential and direct influence on regional structural transformation,suburban station space should form a more complete connection with the requirements of "five integrations" in terms of management,planning and design.With the analysis of the spatial integration and management control cases of suburban space,rail network and station area,this paper summarizes the seven strategies for the integrated development of suburban station space,including spatial pattern,land use,transportation transfer,slow traffic system,street network scale and other aspects with specific design suggestions,improving the management and control guidelines on the spatial integration of the core area of the station.The strategies applys to make the development positioning of the stations along the Nanjing Ningju intercity line and provide guidance for urban design of the Baishuiqiao East Station.This article is not only a study on rail transit stations,but also on the basis of exploring the development characteristics of the suburbs of the metropolitan area,and proposes relevant strategies for the integrated development of rail transit and metropolitan space,focusing on the station space and development mode of suburban stations.It summarizes the characteristic factors that stimulate the vitality of the station area and perfect the humanized space.(Full text: about 90,000 words)...
