| Vigorously developing rail transit is a trend in China to solve the current traffic problems in large cities.Therefore,various rail transit networks have been established covering urban areas,and the surrounding rail transit stations have become a special built environment.In the past,the parking allocation strategy was mainly aimed at single-purpose land,and the requirements for the site area were relatively rough,and did not consider the impact of related factors such as site differentiation,travel substitution,and land property change,which led to the supply of parking space in this area to a certain extent.imbalance problem.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate a parking space optimization strategy suitable for the surrounding area of rail transit stations。Under the guidance of the sharing concept,the "shared parking analysis method" can be adopted to reduce the supply of parking space in the new site area through the efficient allocation of resources,tap the potential of the existing parking space in the old site area,and improve the flexibility of the parking system;The "shared space analysis method" can be used to provide corresponding means for the optimization of space quality on the one hand,and guide the functional replacement of parking space on the other hand,so as to fully exploit the utilization value of parking space.This paper introduces the concept of sharing into the optimization research of parking space of rail transit stations,focusing on solving the problem of scale control of parking space in the near future,alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand in the area,and from the perspective of architecture,for the planning and layout of parking space and Building space optimization provides more possibilities.In the second chapter,this paper discusses the connotation of the concept of sharing and its applicability to this topic.A survey plan with shared concepts,the establishment of which can reflect the object,content,and specific methods and procedures of the parking survey in the site area.In the third chapter,the regional environmental characteristics of rail transit stations and the classification of parking lots(garages)are summarized and introduced,and the characteristics and problems of parking spaces are analyzed for different types of rail transit stations.The feasibility of sharing parking space at single-purpose,work-housing,and mixeduse sites and their respective parking problems.The fourth chapter studies the scale of the parking space in the rail transit station area based on the "shared parking analysis method".Among them,the basic steps of the "shared parking analysis method" are mainly introduced,and a parking demand prediction model suitable for the rail transit station area is proposed in view of the shortcomings of the existing research,and the transfer hub station is used as an example to verify the theory in this paper and the scientificity and feasibility of applied research.The fifth chapter is based on the concept of sharing,summarizes the optimization strategies for the parking space of rail transit stations,proposes three overall layout methods at the level of planning and layout,and puts forward four strategies for improving the space quality at the level of architectural space.At the operation and maintenance level,safeguard measures in two directions,management and technology,are put forward.Finally,taking Beijing South Railway Station as an example,combined with the parking scale prediction results and optimization strategies,a specific case practice is carried out. |
