The cable dome structure is a full tension structure of the cable and rod system,which is composed of cables and compression rods.The prestress provides rigidity for the cable.The cable and the compression rod are constantly self-balancing during the forming process.According to whether the cable dome is open or not,the structure is divided into closed roof cable domes and annular open cable domes,among which closed cable domes are more common.For the ring-shaped rigid inner cable dome structure,the tension inner ring plays an extremely important role.Taking the professional football field of Chengdu Phoenix Mountain Sports Center as the engineering carrier,the first international case of ring-shaped rigid inner cable dome structure is systematically studied.First,the static and dynamic performance analysis of the structure and the comparison of construction methods are carried out.Second,the key construction issues are studied.Next,detailed analysis of the whole construction process,and finally coupled random error analysis,etc.The specific research content and conclusions are as follows:First,this article briefly introduces the origin and development history of the cable dome structure.The article introduces the domestic and foreign engineering applications of the cable dome structure,and expounds the current research status of the mechanical performance analysis,construction methods,forming technology and error analysis of the cable dome structure at home and abroad.Through static analysis and modal analysis,the author studies the basic mechanical properties of the dome structure with rigid inner cables.The static analysis includes three parts: the influence of the prestress level,the serviceability limit state and the bearing capacity limit state.In structural analysis,the effects of dead load,live load,wind load,and temperature are considered.The article analyzes the key response of the structure and reveals the characteristics of the structure.Then the basic dynamic characteristics of the structure are grasped through natural vibration modal analysis.The analysis shows that the lower end of the cable net of this kind of cable dome structure is prone to deformation and bending.The article compares and analyzes the three types of construction methods in the application of cable dome structure engineering,and determines the construction method to adopt the overall lifting of the lower cable net and the tensioning of the double-layer cable net structure.Furthermore,the cable construction steps are described in detail,and problems such as the arrangement of the inner pull ring lifting points,the configuration control of the cable net assembly traction lifting,the rigid inner pull ring offset and torsion control are solved.This paper adopts the nonlinear dynamic finite element form-finding method(NDFEM)based on parabola fitting.This method solves the static imbalance problem of super large displacement which is difficult to converge.According to the determined construction method,ANSYS is used to simulate the whole process of the engineering carrier structure,and the structure response of typical working conditions during the construction process is obtained.The author verified the rationality of the construction method by analyzing the structural response.The following results establish the effectiveness of solutions comprising the truss arrangement outside the inner lifting point,inner lift prior to pulling cable network,an inclined hold slack cable,for anchoring lug plate when the elevation coincides with the midpoint of the inner ring.The simulation analysis results provide detailed theoretical guidance for the construction of the carrier engineering and provide an analysis reference for similar cable dome structures.In order to determine the control standard of the cable dome error,a coupled random error analysis method based on cable length,external joints coordinates and active tension is proposed.Based on ANSYS software,the error analysis APDL program is used to determine the sample size data for error analysis.The article solves the error control index and error sensitivity of various cables in the ring-shaped rigid inner cable dome structure,and clarifies error control index.At the end of the article,the article systematically introduces the key tool structures used in the construction of the ring-shaped rigid inner cable dome structure,and explains the specific methods and equipment configuration of the construction site.At the end,the author analyzes the on-site monitoring and analysis of the engineering carrier forming,and concludes that the measured data is consistent with the theory,which provides a reference for the construction of similar projects.Finally,the above-mentioned research work and results are summarized,and the directions for further research are prospected.
