With the research of new technologies and materials,the spatial structure is developing in the direction of large span and light weight.The cable dome structure based on the tensioned overall design concept caters to the trend of space structure development due to its beautiful appearance,high structural efficiency and advanced construction technology.It is a space structure system with excellent performance.As a new type of cable material,full-locked coil cable has the advantages of large area ratio,compact structure and large elastic modulus.It can be seen that the cable dome structure adopting closed cable has a wide range of application prospects.This paper conducts research on the tension construction process of the cable dome structure using closed cables,and conducts a sensitivity analysis of common construction errors in construction,and provides suggestions for engineering construction.The article mainly launched the following research work:(1)Analysis of static performance and tension process of closed cable dome structureThe static performance of the cable dome structure is analyzed,and the structure is analyzed through the inverse iteration method to obtain the initial prestressed state of the structure and the original length of the member.The load state of the structure is analyzed based on ten load conditions;the full-locked coil cable is used for comparison.The static performance of the two cable dome structures with ordinary cables,considering the difficulty of construction and the amount of steel used to evaluate the two structures;the construction plan of tensioning cables is adopted,and the various batches during the tensioning process are evaluated.The secondary structural prestress changes and the changes in the vertical coordinates of the nodes were monitored to prove the feasibility of the tensioning scheme.(2)Analysis on sensitivity parameters of construction error of cable dome structureCarry out parameter analysis on the sensitivity of construction errors,including cable length error,rod size error and bearing positioning error,measure the influence of error parameters on the prestress distribution of the structure and the vertical coordinates of the joint after forming,and determine the cable dome structure with the full-locked coil cables.It is more sensitive to cable length error,cable cross-section diameter error and support radial positioning error.The second development of the ANSYS program,the creation of a construction software platform for the simulation of the tension construction of the cable dome structure,the visual display of the prestress state of the structure and the original length of the component,and provides a reference for the user to control the prestress of the structure during the construction of the cable dome structure.(3)Analysis of the influence of sensitive error on the stability of cable dome structureThe probability model of sensitive error parameters is established,and the Monte Carlo method is used to study the influence of the actual occurrence of errors on the prestress distribution of the cable dome structure.Considering the large deformation and nonlinear characteristics of the structure during the tensioning process,the nonlinear analysis of the cable dome structure is carried out,and the sensitivity of the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure to the error parameters is studied,and guidance is provided for the adjustment of the prestress distribution of the cable dome structure suggestions to improve construction efficiency. |
