Research On Performance Evaluation Methods Of Port Enterprises

The port is the assembly point and hub of waterway transportation,and also the window to realize the export-oriented economy,which provides the basic support for the national economic construction and the development of foreign trade.In recent years,China’s ports continue to rank high in the world,container throughput for many years ranked first in the world,port enterprises’ operating performance by many investors and managers.Therefore,it is more and more important to carry out performance evaluation for port enterprises.Nowadays,big data,known as "oil of the future",has become a hot topic in all walks of life,and the increasingly mature big data processing technology provides better opportunities for the development of the port industry.The professionalism and accuracy of port performance evaluation are improved by using key technologies such as data collection,data pre-processing,data mining and analysis.This thesis first expounds the research background,purpose and significance of port performance evaluation,introduces the current situation of port performance evaluation research at home and abroad,and expounds the research content,research methods and innovation points of this thesis.Secondly,the construction of the port performance evaluation index system,discussed the construction principle of the port enterprises to build the effectiveness evaluation index,introduced the current situation of the port performance evaluation index system at home and abroad,explained the balance scorecard and key performance indicators method of the basic theory,the financial performance level evaluation indicators to explain and analyze,and finally build the port performance evaluation index system.The port performance evaluation method based on big data technology is studied again,the traditional port performance evaluation method is summarized,the process of data collection,data pre-processing and data analysis of production data in port enterprises is expounded,the port performance evaluation method based on big data technology is proposed,the port production data is formed database by data collection and preprocessing,and the indicators of port enterprise performance evaluation index system are screened by the multiple linear regression model of regression analysis in data analysis.Immediately after the example analysis of Xiamen Port Group,based on the port performance index system proposed in this thesis,the data of Xiamen Port Group is collected and preprocessed,the multi-linear regression model is constructed,the resulting regression equation is fitted with the excellentness test and significance test,the independent variable is selected by gradual regression,the multilinear regression model is reconstruced,and the total assets of Xiamen Port Group are predicted by the resulting multi-linear regression equation in mid-2019 and the end of the year.Finally,this thesis summarizes all aspects.Based on the performance evaluation of port enterprises,this thesis introduces data analysis,builds a performance evaluation index system of port enterprises with real value,and creates value for port enterprises.It can effectively establish the port production database for the follow-up research of port enterprises,and build the performance management platform based on big data,which can be used as a reference and reference,so as to facilitate the innovation and development of port enterprises.
