Safe production is an important symbol of the coordinated and healthy development of economy and society,which impacts the safety of people’s lives and property.The construction is actively implemented in safety production concept,strengthening construction safety management and risk prevention and control.Maintenance dredging is an important means to maintain the technical level of waterways.The Yangtze River is the largest domestic freight,and the busiest navigation river.To make good use of the economic and social benefits of the waterway,it is necessary to implement the concept of safe production and strengthen the construction risk control during the maintenance dredging construction.In this paper,the safety risk assessment study of maintenance dredging construction in the lower Yangtze River deepwater channel is carried out to provide theoretical and methodical guidance for risk management and control of maintenance dredging construction.Based on the accident causation theory,the cause chain of safety accidents in maintenance dredging construction is analyzed,and the accident occurrence process is defined.In this paper,the impact of the risk factors involved in the accident cause chain on the safety of maintenance dredging construction is analyzed,so as to explore the criteria for measuring the risk factors.To meet the systematic principle of construction safety risk assessment,the literature survey has extensively collected risk factors,and based on 4M theory,the risk factors are sorted and classified according to "personnel-equipment-environment-management".Due to the factors affecting the safety risks of construction,the risk assessment is limited,and the existing maintenance dredging construction accident is small,the unstructured text of construction safety management is great,and the risk identification method of the word frequency analysis is used in this paper.Factors are arranged,including 9 key risk factors and15 general risk factors,to guide the construction of risk assessment index system.Based on key risks and general risk factors,this paper combines the characteristics of the long-range maintenance and dredging construction period,wide construction range,complex construction,high construction risk,etc.In this paper,the construction safety risk assessment index system applied to the lower reaches of the Yangtze River is constructed,and a single indicator risk assessment criterion is established,and the AHP-gray clustering assessment method is applied for comprehensive risk assessment,and eventually verified by the Fubei Waterway.Provide a reference basis for the maintenance of the deep waterway maintenance dredging construction safety risk assessment in the Yangtze River.
