Ship assembly is one of the key links in the entire ship construction process.The efficiency and accuracy of assembly process design directly affect the work efficiency and required cost of assembly construction,which is of great significance for shipbuilding companies to improve product quality and increase economic benefits.In the current trend of rapid economic development and upgrading of industrial structure,traditional ship assembly process design relies heavily on the experience of the process personnel,and the old and backward process itself leads to extensive and inefficient on-site assembly construction,wasting a lot of manpower and In terms of material costs,it is urgent to study automated and intelligent assembly process design methods to improve the level of automation in the assembly process.This article systematically studies the problem of ship assembly process generation,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the ship's assembly process system and assembly process,classify the assembly process information,and design the ship assembly process database based on the shipbuilding enterprise's needs for the transfer process design.On this basis,the knowledge of ship assembly process is defined,and the type of assembly process knowledge is divided into factual,instance and metacognitive knowledge.The knowledge modeling method based on object-oriented and knowledge meta is used to express the knowledge of ship assembly process.According to the knowledge modeling expression method,the knowledge base of dissemination and assembly process is designed and established,and the knowledge of assembly process is stored reasonably through knowledge storage technology.(2)The assembly process design method based on gray correlation algorithm is proposed.First,based on the analysis of process knowledge and the establishment of a process knowledge base,it is established that the ship assembly process is designed and generated by the similarity matching method based on the similarity of ship assembly instance knowledge.Secondly,a similarity calculation model is established,a ship assembly process matching algorithm based on attribute similarity calculation is designed,and a gray correlation algorithm is introduced.Based on the algorithm,the similarity calculation between the existing process instance knowledge in the knowledge base and the assembly task to be designed And sorting,to push and match the knowledge of the best assembly instance.Finally,the design of a certain assembly process is used as an example to verifythe feasibility and correctness of the method.(3)Use DELMIA software to simulate the assembly process of the designed assembly process,to match the generated assembly process as the object,to achieve assembly by establishing assembly tools and resources,layout simulation environment,establishing simulation movement and inserting process flow in the DELMIA platform Process simulation;verify the correctness of the generated process through interference analysis.(4)In view of the current low efficiency of ship assembly process design and backward design methods,the ship assembly process generation system was designed and developed.Designing the functional framework of the system,an assembly process generation system was developed based on the programming language and software to realize knowledge management and storage of the ship assembly process,and provided an effective process design method for assembly process designers.
