Research On Product Process Oriented Knowledge Process Modeling And Knowledge Reuse

Most work in product design process is about retrieving and reusing history experiences and knowledge and acquiring new knowledge. Sharing and reusing experiences and knowledge of product design can contribute to shortening product development cycle and improving product quality. However, current research on knowledge management and practice of knowledge management still cannot support product design process well, which is reflected in the following: insufficient in effective product design knowledge management and product design knowledge modeling methods, poor integration between product design process and knowledge process, which further leads to the lack of product design knowledge reuse methods and tools. In response to these issues, this paper mainly researches the knowledge modeling and knowledge process modeling in product design process and the knowledge reuse methods.First an ontology-based product design knowledge modeling method is studied. The ontology representation of design process is proposed. Based on the characteristics of product design knowledge, a more complete design knowledge classification is put forward. By introducing activity state model and activity iterative model into knowledge process modeling, knowledge process becomes more suits with practice, thus can handle different design knowledge flow in enterprise. Based on above models and methods, a knowledge modeling and knowledge process modeling system is preliminarily designed for product design process.After that, a product design knowledge reuse framework is proposed. Under this framework, a context based active knowledge push method is put forward. By modeling the product design process context, studying context based knowledge requirement construct methods and text similarity based knowledge requirement and knowledge match algorithm, a context based active knowledge push model is proposed. According to the model, a prototype system of knowledge pushing engine and knowledge pushing client is design and implemented. In addition, three kinds of pushed knowledge representation are put forward for pushing client. Finally, an application of knowledge pushing system in aircraft wing design process proves the practicability and feasibility of our active knowledge push methods in product design process, which effectively improves the product design efficiency and knowledge reuse efforts.
