The pantograph is a collector device installed on the top of a high-speed train to receive current from the overhead line.With the development of higher-speed railway passenger transportation and the requirements of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological development plan,it is urgent to carry out research on key technologies for high-speed passenger transportation equipment at speed of 400/h and above.Under the action of high-speed airflow,the aerodynamic performance of the pantograph has an important influence on the quality of the flow,and it is one of the key elements for the safe operation of high-speed trains.Firstly,this article uses numerical simulation methods,based on the basic theory of fluid mechanics calculations,using the Hypermesh-Fluent co-simulation platform to establish a high-speed pantograph CFD simulation model;based on the basic theory of pantograph dynamics,using Matlab calculation tools,the bow head,upper arm,lower arm,and pull-down rod are analyzed for aerodynamic moment,and the pantograph aerodynamic lifting force reduction model is established.Secondly,the Fluent software is used to simulate the aerodynamic forces of the pantograph at 1600 mm and 2800 mm,and the open-line stable operation under various working conditions.Combining the reduction model of the pantograph aerodynamic lift force and the aerodynamic simulation value of each component of the pantograph at320km/h and below speed level,the dynamic contact force of the pantograph and net is calculated;and the comparison with the wind tunnel test results verifies that the numerical simulation method in this paper is reasonable sexuality,scientificity and correctness.Using the numerical simulation method in this paper,the flow field characteristics of the pantograph at 400km/h speed level are simulated and analyzed.Research and analysis of the aerodynamic characteristics of the pantograph’s open running direction and closed running direction with the speed grade,and the influence of each member with the height of the bow on the aerodynamic lifting force.Analyze the distribution of wind pressure in the outer flow field of the pantograph,the surface wind pressure of the pantograph and the speed distribution of the outer flow field,and provide an effective reference for the aerodynamic design of the pantograph.As the operating speed of the pantograph increases,the effect of strong airflow on the pantograph becomes more obvious,only considering the strength check of the pantograph-net contact force can no longer be used as a reference standard for high-speed pantograph strength design.Based on the finite element method,this paper uses the Hypermesh-Ansys joint simulation platform to establish a finite element model of a certain type of high-speed pantograph.Carry out the research and analysis of the static strength of the fluid-solid coupling considering the influence of the wind load of the external flow field when the pantograph is operating at high speed.
