Research On The Design Of Future Community Public Space In Zhejiang Province

When the urbanization process enters the stage of stock optimization,the concept of smart city and smart community becomes the means to solve the problems in the process,and the key development direction of community construction is the de industrialization,the transformation of old residential areas,and the application of emerging technologies.In 2019,Zhejiang Province will be the first to launch the future community project,building a new urban functional unit based on the basic principles of humanism,ecology and digitization and nine scenes of neighborhood,education,health,entrepreneurship and architecture.Breakthrough the application of smart community and other related concepts at the city level,and focus on the front-end community unit with more practical significance.As the future community is in its infancy,there are few related theories,cases and practices,which has the significance of practical operation and theoretical research.Based on the practice of the future community project in Zhejiang Province,this paper sorts out the new theories and technologies of the frontier community and community public space research at home and abroad;It systematically combs the development of high-storey,multi-storey and low-storey communities represented by greentown community,and draws the development map of public space;Through the quantitative index method,this paper analyzes the spatial structure and level of the public space of many future communities in Zhejiang Province,and recognizes the design strategy framework of the future community public space from the qualitative and quantitative aspects--connection sharing,virtual and real integration.Finally,based on the design strategy,this paper carries out the specific optimization design of the public space of Lixian community in Kecheng,Quzhou.This paper is divided into four parts: introduction,which introduces the research background,object and related concepts,research significance and methods;In the first chapter,taking the green city community as the representative,it mainly combs the development of domestic community,draws its public space development map,and discusses the development of domestic innovative community public space through field research;In the second chapter,the author makes a systematic analysis of 8 Bidding Schemes of future community in Zhejiang Province by means of diagram and quantification;The third chapter puts forward the research framework of future community public space design,and optimizes the future community of Lixian in Kecheng,Quzhou.The main body of the paper is about 61000 words,the conclusion and appendix are about17000 words,and more than 160 charts are attached.
