Study On The Strategy Of Corporate Culture Construction:in Case Of SZ Construction Company

Nowadays,corporate culture has become a necessary item to lead the development of enterprises.Construction organization is a traditional and mature industry;it’s corporate culture has also become a core competitiveness under the homogenization of competition.Cooperative partners,while focusing on products and services,marketing and production capacity,will also pay attention to the party construction,corporate culture,corporate brand and social responsibility.Senior leaders of SZ Company have always attached great importance to the construction of corporate culture and have made some achievements.They are also clearly aware of the corporate culture which has played an important role in the development of the company,however the problems still exist.Under this background,this paper uses the literature research method and investigation method to investigate the corporate culture construction of SZ Company and puts forward the promotion plan and guarantee support.First of all,writer introduces the basic information of SZ Company and the construction of corporate culture.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and field analysis,using four hierarchy culture,competition value model theory,and organizational culture assessment scale,the current situation of corporate culture of SZ Company is studied and analyzed from the spiritual,institutional,behavioral and material levels,and the problems and its reason are concluded.According to the analysis of them,the optimization contents are given in the aspect of the spiritual,institutional,behavioral and material layers respectively.At the same time,ideology,organization and fund is the guarantee measures for the program.This paper takes small and medium-sized private construction enterprises as the research object,which has certain particularity in the aspects of research object,industry characteristics and enterprise nature.Thesis results put forward some suggestions for the optimization and improvement of SZ Company’s corporate culture construction,so as to promote the development of the corporate culture of SZ Company.Meanwhile,it can have a reference in cultural construction over companies,which are in the same industry and development stage as SZ Company.
