Corporate culture plays a very important role in the development of enterprises and has a far-reaching impact on the cultivation of core competitiveness and long-term sustainable development of enterprises.Corporate culture is an important part of the overall strength of the enterprise.Excellent corporate culture has positive value orientation for the enterprise,which can provide sufficient impetus for the development of the enterprise,and enhance the centripetal force and cohesion of the enterprise,and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market environment.The corporate culture spirit of Company A failed to generate great resonance and cohesion among internal employees,and failed to give play to the boosting power of the corporate culture to the development of the company.In addition,the impact of the epidemic on the business of the company in several years,the development of the company was hindered to a certain extent.To break through this dilemma,it is necessary to sort out and diagnose the current situation of corporate culture of the company,analyze the reasons and optimize the construction of corporate culture,so as to unite the enterprise internally,stimulate the initiative and creativity of employees,improve the cohesion and executive force of the team,and jointly cope with the test of external sluggish market environment.This paper takes Company A as A case study,applies Cameron and Quinn’s OCAI scale,combined with the structural interview method in the field survey method to diagnose the corporate culture of Company A.In combination with the characteristics of Company A,such as the nature of the enterprise,the characteristics of the industry engaged in,the market competition environment and other aspects,in the process of research,through the linkage of related theories,measurement tools and interview methods,the data of the measurement scale and collected information are integrated and analyzed,and the gap between the current situation and the expected state of the corporate culture of Company A is reflected by the organizational profile.Find and summarize the problems existing in the current corporate culture of Company A,and finally put forward positive and effective countermeasures and reform directions for optimizing the corporate culture of Company A.Through the investigation,it is found that Company A belongs to the typical enterprise culture type of market priority.Oriented by market objectives and focusing on performance,the company prioritizes the expansion of market share and surpassing competitors,and measures the ability of employees by the degree and completion of tasks.There are also big differences and distances between different departments and levels in the enterprise.The typical market-first culture makes the enterprise form a relatively hierarchical corporate culture barrier from the organizational structure to the individual employees.The expected corporate culture of the company is mainly temporary institutional culture and supplemented by tribal culture,which also shows that Company A has reform needs and prospects.Based on the conclusion of enterprise survey,the following countermeasures are proposed for corporate culture optimization of Company A: slightly increase the proportion of tribal culture as a whole,greatly increase the proportion of temporary institutional culture,moderately reduce the proportion of market-first culture,and maintain the proportion of hierarchical culture.To optimize and reform the corporate culture of Company A,we should improve the talent system and mechanism,set up an effective incentive mechanism,enhance the publicity and education countermeasures of corporate culture through multiple channels,organize collective activities to enhance cohesion,establish a benign communication mechanism,and slow down the pace of market expansion.At the same time,we should pay attention to the implementation and guarantee of corporate culture construction of Company A,such as attaching importance to the guidance,training and implementation of corporate culture construction,setting up a special corporate culture management department,strengthening corporate culture training,increasing the transmission channels of corporate culture,so as to ensure the implementation of corporate culture.
