| Energy is one of the lifeblood of national economy,intelligent energy is of great significance,intelligent thermoelectric as a specific application of intelligent energy,more and more attention by the industry.Intelligent thermoelectricity is based on the information,big data analysis,through the technology and Economic Algorithm,to find a safe,economic and efficient cogeneration operation.At present,there are many technical and economic algorithms of intelligent thermoelectric,but most of them adopt traditional income-cost Algorithms.The Traditional Algorithm has some shortcomings such as unclear result-oriented,poor fault-tolerance and error-correction ability,and lack of timely information.These defects hinder the wide application of intelligent thermoelectricity,so it is urgent to study a new algorithm to meet the development of intelligent thermoelectricity.First of all,this paper makes a deep research on a common traditional algorithm model,and finds out the root cause of the defect of traditional algorithm.On this basis,further detailed study of a pure back pressure cogeneration thermodynamic system,put forward the Energy Value Conversion Index System(hereinafter referred to as the energy price system)theory,the problem of effective fusion of Technical Index and Economic Index is solved theoretically.According to the theory of energy-price system,the pure back-pressure cogeneration system is divided into six modules according to the working procedure,and the energy flow,mass flow and value flow of each module are simulated.The relation between technical index and Economic Index is further straightened out by simulation calculation,and the algorithm is proved to be feasible and the result is credible.In this paper,a contract energy management project of flue gas waste heat recovery technology is taken as an application case,and the investment income of the project is calculated by energy price system algorithm.In contrast to the algorithms provided by the energy management partners of the contract,the Energy Price System Algorithm reduces the overall problem to a local problem by adding a heat exchange module,simplifies the complex problem,and resolves the contradiction between the two Information asymmetry,it effectively promotes the popularization and application of intelligent thermoelectricity.Because the Algorithm of energy-price system is modularized,there are few factors that affect each module,the boundary condition in the module is clear,and the economic index can respond to the technical index quickly,so the shortcomings of traditional algorithm are effectively solved.The algorithm goes deep into the production process and opens the information channel from the management layer to the production and operation layer.The powerful computing power of the computer can provide strong support for the iterative computation between modules,and make the results meet the requirements of timeliness and accuracy. |
