| The development of intelligent products for the elderly has largely alleviated some social problems brought about by aging.It has become a social responsibility for the design industry to pay attention to the elderly.The intelligent crutch for the elderly,which takes the elderly as the center,uses multimodal human-computer interaction technology,augmented reality technology and so on.Starting from the living habits of the elderly,it adopts simple operation mode to provide convenience for the travel of the elderly.In order to make the elderly intelligent crutches more inclusive,this paper takes the elderly users as the center,analyzes their characteristics and needs,based on the obtained basic information,takes the intelligent crutches as the carrier,and takes the interface and appearance of the elderly intelligent crutches as the design objects to optimize the travel experience of the elderly Firstly,through the method of literature analysis,the inclusive design and augmented reality technology are elaborated,which lays a theoretical and technical foundation for the design of intelligent crutches for the elderly.After understanding the research status and necessary functional components of the elderly intelligent crutches,as well as the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,this paper analyzes the characteristics and design requirements of the elderly group by using the method of questionnaire survey,so as to lay a realistic foundation for the design of the elderly intelligent crutches.Then the questionnaire results are analyzed.Through the bottom-up user clustering and user journey map in user research,the core user portrait is obtained,and the user’s needs are deeply mined.Thus,the design strategy of intelligent crutches for the elderly is obtained,which is to meet the aesthetic preference,functional needs,interactive needs and emotional feelings of the elderly,and then combined with the ergonomic requirements of product design Design the function,appearance and interactive interface of intelligent crutches to meet the needs of elderly users.With the popularization of artificial intelligence technology,it is hoped that the design for the elderly can be combined with advanced technology to better serve the elderly. |
