Research And Development Of Intelligent Safety Risk Control System For Intelligent Port Inspection And Maintenance Operation

Smart port realizes intelligent terminal loading and unloading process,although the number of field operators is greatly reduced,the number of intelligent terminal equipment and facilities is large,and the repair around equipment and facilities increases compared with the traditional terminal.According to statistics,the number of casualties in enterprise repair accounts for about 70% of the total casualty accidents.In order to effectively control the safety risks of intelligent port enterprise repair,first of all,on the basis of analyzing and studying the safety risk sources of T intelligent container terminal repair,based on the scientific principles of risk management and system safety,job hazard analysis method(JHA)is selected to refine and classify the hazard factors according to the characteristics of repair,so as to achieve a comprehensive,systematic and accurate identification of safety risks and their hazard factors.Then,on this basis,targeted control measures are formulated to control the risks in an acceptable state,so as to form a "safety risk information database for repair".Secondly,based on the "inspection and maintenance operation safety risk information database",various safety risk control means and knowledge bases for intelligent container terminal repair are developed(including safety operation procedures,education and training,safety delivery and operation permits,hidden danger investigation and governance,emergency management,etc.),In the process of developing safety disclosure and work permit control means,based on inspection maintenance operation special safety risk information,by establishing risk evaluation model,calculate the risk value,highlight the key safety risk,shorten the safety disclosure length,improve the safety disclosure management mechanism,improve the level of enterprise safety management.Finally,the visual and intelligent "T intelligent container terminal inspection and maintenance operation intelligent safety risk control system".
