Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the country based on the long term consideration of environmental pollution and resource shortage,began to vigorously develop new energy vehicles,and promulgated many preferential policies to promote the development of new energy vehicles industry,which will become a new engine for China to transform the energy structure and promote economic development.As an important component of new energy vehicles,Power battery market demand is also accompanied by the rapid development of new energy vehicles and rapid increase.However,if the power battery has not been recycled after service life,it will cause new problems of resource waste and environmental pollution.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how to efficiently recycle waste power batteries for promoting national environmental governance and realizing carbon peak and carbon neutralization.This paper focuses on the decision-making optimization of the government,thirdparty recycling enterprises and consumers in the recycling process of waste power batteries of new energy vehicles,so as to improve the efficiency of formal recycling of waste power batteries.The specific research content is summarized as follows:(1)Based on the evolutionary game theory,this paper constructs a three-party main body evolutionary game model of "government-third-party recycling enterprise-consumer",and analyzes the influencing factors of the main body stability of the three-party game.(2)Combined with evolutionary game method and system dynamics theory,a system dynamics model of waste power battery recycling was constructed,and simulation experiments were conducted by using Vensim software to analyze and discuss the influence of different strategy choices of three players in evolutionary game on the other two players’ strategy choices.(3)According to the evolutionary game model and Vensim software simulation analysis results,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the government level,the recycling enterprise level and the consumer level respectively,in order to promote more efficient recycling of waste power batteries of new energy vehicles.Research indicates: The government,third-party recycling enterprises and consumers tend to participate in and supervise waste power battery recycling at first,but ultimately whether strong supervision,active commitment and participation in the stable strategy of power battery recycling depends on whether the benefits they reap and the costs they spend are reasonable;The government’s strategy choice has the most significant impact on the strategy choice of the third-party recycling enterprises,while the strategy choice of the third-party recycling enterprises has the most significant impact on the strategy choice of consumers.In the recycling of waste power battery of new energy vehicles,the government should give full play to the positive guiding role,stimulate the recycling power of third-party recycling enterprises,improve the enthusiasm of consumers to participate in the recycling of power battery,and ensure the efficient recycling of waste power battery of new energy vehicles.
