In recent years,under the process of urbanization in China,the construction industry has developed rapidly,but the problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency and serious pollution of the traditional construction industry still exist.Prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection,and safety,etc.,and are development directions for the transformation of the traditional construction industry.With the support of the government,prefabricated buildings have developed to a certain extent,but the incremental cost of prefabricated buildings is obvious and the incremental benefits are insufficiently perceived,which greatly hinders further promotion and application.There are conflicts of interest among stakeholders,and their participation in the initiative is not high,leading to a low market share of prefabricated buildings,so there is still a certain distance from the target.In this context,based on cost-effectiveness,this paper applies evolutionary game theory to study the behavior of participants in prefabricated buildings,and gives suggestions to promote the market application.Based on the economic characteristics of prefabricated buildings with incremental cost and benefits,this article analyzes the current market application of prefabricated buildings from the goals and status quo,and summarizes 12 constraints through literature research,which hinder the application of prefabricated buildings by influencing the cost-effectiveness of the main body,and then analyzes the influence mechanism of government,developer and consumer behavior on the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings.Subsequently,the incremental costs and incremental benefits brought by prefabricated buildings were specifically identified and quantified,and the principal profit and loss variables were determined based on the behavior of the principal,and the evolutionary game models of "government-developer" and "developer-consumer" were constructed respectively.In the application part of the game model,based on the project data,MATLAB was used to analyze the game system.The results show that prefabricated buildings cannot be promoted under the initial parameters.When the main parameters are optimized,for example,government groups increase industrial investment expenditures,incentives for developers and consumers,penalties,improve benefit perception,and the incremental benefit increase and incremental cost decrease in the consumer use phase,and the incremental cost decrease and incremental benefit increase in the developer development of prefabricated buildings,which can make the game system evolve to the optimal solution.So,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the application of prefabricated buildings from three aspects: government,developers and consumers.Therefore,this article not only enriches the research on the cost-effectiveness and subjective behavior of prefabricated buildings,but also helps the subject to perceive the benefits,and promote the market to the government's economic incentives,developers develop prefabricated buildings,and the consumer purchases,to achieve further promotion and application of prefabricated buildings.
