Research On Natural Interaction Design Of Home Products Under The Background Of Smart Home Care

China’s aging problem is significant.China’s society is rapidly entering the stage of deep aging.At the same time,the number of elderly intelligent device users is increasing year by year.With the rapid development of science and technology,smart home products have entered every household,but elderly users will still encounter many difficulties when using smart home products.Natural interaction will become an important interaction mode of smart home products in the future.Study the design strategy of smart home elderly care home products based on natural interaction theory to improve the satisfaction of new-elderly in using and operating smart home products.Based on natural interaction design theory and situation theory,firstly,the situation types of the new-elderly are divided into user situation,task situation,time situation and environment situation,and the contents of each situation are sorted and analyzed.Based on the previous analysis of the characteristics of the new-elderly and the research information in real life,the mental model of the new-elderly is built,in order to construct the natural interaction design model of smart home products,secondly,it carries out the research on the four levels of strategies in the natural interaction design model of smart home products,and puts forward the design strategies of adaptive personalized service and continuous service experience through the interaction process for the behavior layer.For the emotional layer,the design strategies of emotional influence natural interaction design and family members’ internal participatory management are put forward;Aiming at the natural interaction mode layer,this paper puts forward the design strategy of multi-modal integration to realize natural human-computer interaction,product interconnection in specific situations and build immersive scene experience;For the performance layer,this paper puts forward the design strategy of taking natural language as the interactive language,improving the perceptibility of interactive elements in many aspects,and enriching the cultural and entertainment experience of the interactive process.Through practical application to verify the theoretical research,take the intelligent healthy kitchen as the example of natural interaction design of smart home products,carry out relevant research,deeply analyze the target users,target scenes and target products,and then put forward the natural interaction design strategy of intelligent kitchen electrical products.Finally,the design object is refined into "Warm Kitchen" APP,and its product positioning Information architecture,interactive process,interface design,etc.The conclusion of the study can provide designers and researchers with design methods and strategy reference,and provide a more natural,smooth,intelligent and comfortable use experience for the new and elderly.
