The situation of "Silver wave" is becoming increasingly grim. The rise of "Smart endowment" brings smart home care service which combines the advantage of family endowment and community endowment into a new stage of development. As a new pension model, the research in the field of information systems are mostly focused on the technical level of smart home care, and there are few of researches from the perspective of users.At present, a few of cities in China have been accelerating the construction of the smart home care service system. The development status of economic, the speed of population aging and the development of the smart home care service of Jinan are similar with those in most of cities in China.This paper is mainly focus on the following researches:(1) The demands of home-based aged care.(2) The way that the influencing factors affects users’ adoption behavior in smart home care service.(3) The way that the users’ individual characteristics influences the influencing factors. We use the methods of literature review,interviews, questionnaire survey and structural equation model to carry out the research.Researches of this paper can be divided into three stages. The first stage is for literature review. First of all, We clear concepts of smart home care service. Furthermore, we makes literal reviews of the older users’ adoption of traditional community home care service and information technology. Last but not least, on the basis of Maslow’s Hierarchy Theory, we refine the smart home endowment "three requirements" through summaries of old-age home care demand researches. The second stage is for exploratory research. on the basis of literature review, according to the outcome of depth interview, we summarizes the sample users’ real cognition of smart home care service, and we extract the key factors affecting the elderly to use smart home care service. On the basis of technology acceptance model,user experience, and satisfaction theory, we build the users’ adoption model of smart home care service, and we put forward relevant assumptions. The third stage is for empiricalstudies. We use SPSS and Smart PLS to process the data collected by questionnaire to verify the model and we finally obtain the results that influencing factors that affect the elderly to use smart home care service, the relationship between various factors and the way that users’ individual characteristics influence various factors. The researches on the influencing factors that affect users’ adoption behavior in smart home care service can not only develop users’ information technology adoption behavior theory in the field of pension services, but also help the smart home care service better promote.
