Research On Interior Design Of Self-care Elderly Residence Based On Smart Home System

China has a large population,in accordance with the World Health Organization's definition of an aging country,as early as 2016,the proportion of the elderly population has reached the number requirements for entering the "ultra-aging country".The rapid growth of the aging population has brought tremendous pressure on China's response to the problem of pensions,and it has also stimulated the elderly to generate new demand for pension functions.The purpose of this study is to take the residential living space of self-care elderly as60-80 years old as the research object based on the development of scientific and technological innovation,fully consider the psychological and physiological characteristics of the self-care elderly and the design principles.Based on the smart home system,the study is about the smart home interior design of five main spaces(including the porch,the bedroom,the living room,the kitchen,and the bathroom),and conclude the intelligent solution(including the hand-painted rendering of the smart home,the detailed layouts of the smart home,intelligent lighting layout analysis charts,etc.).In the research process,questionnaires and field survey methods were used to collect the problems of the living conditions of the self-care elders recently,combined with the functional characteristics of the smart home system,and optimization strategies.At the same time,this article refers to a large number of Chinese and foreign papers and analysis of typical cases abroad,and summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to and the design principles that should be observed when applying smart home systems in self-care elderly homes.From the theoretical point of view,this paper focuses on the era background,social conditions,theoretical and technical support foundation,development advantages,and feasibility of the development of smart homes for the elderly.In the end,it was concluded that,the house,as an intermediate place connecting the elderly with the outside world,was influenced by the development of science and technology in the times,and also inspired the residents to generate new living needs.The interior design based on the smart home system allows self-care elders to obtain a more comfortable,healthier,safer and more convenient home living environment,realizes a relatively low-cost but high-quality elderly life,and can alleviate the negative emotions such as loneliness,irritability,and loss of the elderly.Let them have a more positive and optimistic mental state,which is good for their health.
