Research On Urban Space Optimization Path Base On The Concept Of Central Activity Area ——Take Qianjiang New City In Hangzhou For Example

With the advent of the post industrial era,the problem of traditional central business district（CBD）focusing on business and single stickiness has gradually emerged.International metropolises represented by London and Chicago have begun to explore the integration of central activity zone（CAZ）with composite functions of tourism and leisure,consumption and shopping,culture and entertainment,sports and fitness,To fill the short board such as the CBD business atmosphere is difficult to condense and the large gap between day and night traffic.With the accelerating process of globalization,Chinese cities are also responding to a new round of planning.The Shanghai urban master plan（2017-2035）takes the lead in opening the road of CAZ research,planning and construction.Subsequently,the urban planning of Chongqing,Shenzhen and Hangzhou also clearly proposed to build the urban core area into CAZ or transform CBD into CAZ.Regional central cities no longer unilaterally pursue the expansion of space and the development of single business and financial functions,but emphasize "people-oriented" to improve the quality of life,maintain the sustainable economic vitality of the city and deal with the diversified central development given by globalization.Based on this realistic background,this study introduces the latest development concept of foreign metropolitan city center--CAZ development strategy.Through analyzing the development direction and development experience of metropolitan cities at home and abroad,it distinguishes CAZ from CBD and other related concepts.Using modern location theory,growth pole theory and urban innovation zone theory,this paper aims to explore the connotation,composition and characteristics of CAZ.This study attempts to analyze the effects of location advantages,basic supporting facilities,industrial development,transportation network and overall competitiveness of Hangzhou Qianjiang New Town by focusing on different economic factors,physical factors and network factors in three stages: physical space construction period,economic main body enrichment period and network elements expansion period.Thus points out that the construction of qianjiang new city CAZ facing insufficient rationality,high-end elements gathered enough space layout,radiation driven effect is not obvious,collaborative development mode is not strong four big problems,put forward a strategic height through ascension,the improvement of spatial layout,upgrade,characteristic industry,increasing the talent education,such as path to make management system in order to promote qianjiang new city CBD to CAZ transformation.CAZ research idea and practice of the current urban development planning is a new proposition,the conclusions of this study can improve the city center for regional and even national future integration pattern system,keep the regional competitiveness provide advice,to promote the qianjiang new city under the new development pattern to support the region sustainable development also has a certain value.
