With the increasing requirement of power supply miniaturization and lightening,the output power per unit volume becomes a bottleneck.This research aims to improve the power density and reliable cooling.In view of the trend of high efficiency and high power density of power supply module,this paper puts forward the method of developing new power supply module products with high power density,high efficiency,high stability and high reliability,some effective measures are put forward to solve the problem of heat dissipation.The research goal of this paper is to realize 1.2k W electric energy conversion on half-brick module.Firstly,this paper expounds the working principle of LLC topology and the design principle of resonance parameters,then gives the selection method power components.The main parameters are simulated and analyzed.The module design process is introduced,including the consideration of heat dissipation structure and PCB design and planar transformer design method.Finally,the design verification and prototype test results are given.Effective improvement measures are put forward for problems of efficiency and heat dissipation encountered in the actual debugging process.This paper introduces the development method and example of a high power density module power supply based on half brick.Half-brick 1.2 k W module power supply is the practice of high power density conversion of half-brick,which is of great significance to electronic equipment weight reduction and reliable power supply.It has a broad application market in the fields of military industry,railway track,vehicle carrier and so on.
