The electric hydraulic block brake is widely used in metallurgy,machinery,shipbuilding and other industrial fields.It is a mechanical part to stop the movement of machinery and an important component to ensure the safety of machinery.In this paper,Creo,MATLAB optimization,three-dimensional design and family table method,ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis modern design methods are used to carry out design check and series design of this kind of products.Using the series design method proposed in this paper can quickly and easily find out the weak links of the products,and improve the design quality and R & D efficiency of such products.In this paper,the hydraulic brake’s working principle,the calculation method of the hydraulic brake’s main parts and components,the hydraulic brake’s working principle and the calculation method of the hydraulic brake’s main components and parts are introduced.Through MATLAB optimization method,the optimization of the two objectives of minimum brake volume and minimum brake energy consumption is obtained,and the optimal solution of structural size parameters and performance of the electric hydraulic block brake is obtained.The optimization results show that the brake volume decreases by2.9% under the condition that the weighted coefficients of the two optimization objectives are equal and meet the design conditions.This optimization method is beneficial to the development of new specifications The parameters are determined automatically.The three-dimensional modeling and assembly of all parts of brake after structure size optimization are completed by Creo software,and ANSYS is used Workbench software carries out static finite element analysis on brake holding and brake opening conditions respectively,and co MPares the finite element analysis results with theoretical values.The co MParison results show that the finite element results are slightly larger than the values of material mechanics,which meet the design requirements and verify the correctness of structural dimensions.According to the different braking torque requirements,this paper discusses the certain rules of the serialization of this kind of products,and establishes the research and development method of the same kind of new brake with new specifications,that is,using interpolation method to obtain the parameters of new brake,MATLAB optimization,obtaining the important structural parameters of new brake,and Creo family table method to obtain the structural parameters of all parts of the new brake,and then Creo modeling and ANSYS finite element static analysis.The serial design method of new specification mechanical products is established.
