The Study Onengineering Geological Characteristics Andconstruction Engineering Suitability Zoning Analysis In Wuhu Area Of Anhui Province

This article is based on<Planning of demonstration zone for undertaking industrial transfer in Wanjiang urban belt> and the urban development plan of Wuhu.According to the regional geological background,Quaternary geology,hydrogeological conditions and engineering geological conditions of Wuhu area,the engineering geological characteristics and the suitability of the engineering construction are studied.Methods of data collection,field investigation and experiment test were adopted.To find out the types of rock and soil and engineering geological characteristics in the study area.The regional engineering geological sequence is divided into 14 engineering geological layers and 23 engineering geological sub layers.The division of engineering geological structure is divided into 5 engineering geological areas and 10 engineering geological sub areas.Using the evaluation index system of suitability evaluation unit for engineering construction,single factor quantitative classification is applied to the suitability of engineering construction in Wuhu area.The comprehensive evaluation of the suitability of the engineering construction in Wuhu area is carried out.
