| Heat supply is an essential prerequisite in the northern cities of China in winter.The faster the city develops,the greater the demand for the heating pipeline.At present,most urban heating pipelines are laid by direct burial,which can save energy and reduce cost.However,in the process of operation and maintenance,once leakage occurs,it will cause large losses or even safety production accidents.Currently commonly used maintenance methods are manual inspection,fiber inspection,and pitch detection et al.The manual inspection needs high labor cost for its cycle length,and the missing inspection is inevitable;it is also not easy to lay fiber in the old pipeline;the pitching method is more susceptible to the complicated branch and reduction problems of the old pipeline.This paper presents leakage detection nodes that can be buried underground,and uses the narrow-band Internet of Things technology(NBIo T)to transmit the real-time data of multiple detection nodes back to the data management center for online state analysis and pre-warning,which is significant in improving the real-time monitoring and pre-warning techniques for heating pipeline network leakage in northern cities of China.1.The main monitoring methods for leakage of urban heating pipeline network are analyzed and compared.The overall technical solution of the underground leakage detection nodes for heating pipeline network and the real-time centralized detection and state analysis pre-warning system based on NBIo T are presented.2.The main points of leakage detection of the heating pipeline network are analyzed.The distributed temperature measurement method is adopted to monitor the temperature of elbows,well chambers,welds,expansion joints and other weak links in the heat pipeline network system,and the leakage node detection terminal design scheme is presented,meanwhile,a leakage node detection terminal that can be buried underground is developed.3.The data transmission technology scheme of multi-leakage detection node based on NBIo T is proposed,and the data transmission circuit based on SIM800 C module and WH-NB75 module is developed.In this way,the problem of data transmission and wide node distribution are solved in this paper.4.The data management center software has been compiled to perform real-time analysis of the detected data,abnormal data extraction,node location,alarm,storage,and database management.The system was successfully applied to the operation monitoring of a heating pipeline network of a heating company.In the nearly 500-kilometer long pipeline of the heating company,150 detection terminals were installed,and more than one hundred leakage pre-warnings were found during the heating season.It eliminates the security risks in the old pipeline network and has achieved good results,which has been affirmed by users. |
