With the development of the national economy,electrical equipment in the industrial field has been increasing year by year,and electrical energy consumption has increased sharply.Designing an efficient and convenient power meter that can remotely monitor power consumption and safety in real time has become an important issue.Aiming at the problems of existing power meters with low measurement accuracy,single function,and backward meter reading methods,this paper starts with the actual power monitoring requirements and designs a multifunctional power monitoring meter with wireless communication functions.The main tasks are as follows:(1)By analyzing common power meter design schemes,the system design using MCU plus metering chip is adopted.By comparing several existing wireless communication methods,in view of the advantages of the Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-Io T)communication technology,NB-Io T is selected as the data transmission method for power meters.(2)Design and manufacture hardware terminals for power meters.STM32F030 is used as the main control chip,combined with special metering chip V9203 to realize the measurement of three-phase current,three-phase voltage,three-phase active power,three-phase reactive power,three-phase apparent power,power factor,frequency and four-quadrant electrical energy parameters;HT1622 is used as the LCD driver chip and four keys are combined to design a friendly human-computer interaction interface;AM2320 is used as the temperature and humidity electronic sensor to measure the ambient temperature of the power meter;Ferroelectric memory MB85RC16 is used as the storage chip to save energy data and set parameters.(3)Set up One NET cloud platform,design monitoring page,the instrument uses Lw M2 M protocol to interact with BC26 module through AT instruction to achieve docking with cloud platform.(4)Debug the meter and three-phase standard source online.The test results show that the designed power meter operates stably,and can accurately measure the basic power parameters and power with an accuracy of 0.5S active power.Upload themeasured data to the One NET cloud platform for remote data visualization.This design meets the expected functions,the technology is feasible,and provides an effective online monitoring solution for electricity,which has certain application value.
