| Due to its advantages of light weight,good environmental protection and low price,paper drums are more and more widely used in the medical and chemical industry.The production process of carton packaging includes barrel rolling,drying,slitting,rolling marks,combining,bottom pressing and rolling edges.The traditional paper barrel production equipment is placed independently in the workshop,which wastes a lot of space resources,and the bottom pressing efficiency of paper barrels is low in production.In view of the above problems,an automatic bottom pressing equipment is designed and developed.The movement mode of the working column is changed from linear sliding to a motor-driven rotary disk for rotary motion,and the two processes of veneer and bottom pressing are carried out at the same time to improve the bottom pressing efficiency.This paper adopts the structural modular design,combined with experience and computer-aided design,and divides the automatic bottom pressing equipment in the carton packaging production line into the base structure,the pillar structure,the upper base structure,and the gear transmission structure.The process plan of the paper barrel production and packaging line was sorted out in detail,and the structure design,control system design,finite element simulation and analysis of the automatic bottom pressing equipment were carried out.First,analyze the technological process of the carton packaging production line,adopt modular design and analyze its characteristics,and determine the overall plan of the carton packaging production line.According to the working principle of the automatic bottom pressing equipment in the packaging production line,the mechanical properties of the cardboard are analyzed,the key parameters are obtained,and the detailed structural design is carried out.Design the control system of the automatic bottom pressing equipment,complete the selection of the motor,and design a reasonable transmission control model;then,use the ANSYS Workbench finite element software to statically conduct static analysis on the upper base,pillars and the entire equipment of the automatic bottom pressing equipment.Mechanical analysis to check the structural rationality of the bottom pressing equipment,and model analysis of the automatic bottom pressing equipment to obtain the natural frequency and mode shape of the low-order mode,which provide the basis for the later maintenance;finally,the automatic bottom pressing equipment is produced according to the design plan.The equipment prototype was debugged and the debug results met the design requirements,increasing the bottom pressing efficiency by66.7%. |
