Thrift and low carbon economy has become the theme of the times, the main development trend of packaging industry material is replacing refractory by easily degradable. The new paper and yarn compound bag which mainly used in a variety of industries packaging cement, feed, chemical products and so on has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, recyclable and others. The produce of the new paper and yarn compound bag to be glued by manual or seam technology is not reliable. This machine is a new kind of equipment to bottom gluing in this thesis. A comprehensive application of modern mechanical design and product design methodology of paper and yarn compound bag bottom gluing machine for a modular is designed, the main contents are as follows:Firstly, the overall function of the paper and yarn compound bottom pasting machine is cleared, and the overall function is decomposed. According to the technical requirements of printing machine, paste process analysis and paste bottom machine molding device layout is completed.Secondly, a new paper and yarn compound bag bottom machine molding device is designed according to the design scheme and the motion analysis of the compound bag in bottom gluing machine mainly based on design calculation and static analysis and modal analysis as the complementary, which including: indentation open the suction device design, device design and d eployment device design of horn. Using modern mechanical design method for the modular design of each device, the indentation device includes: 45 degree diagonal of indentation, 45 degree indentation diagonal support module, longitudinal vertical indentation support module, the main load calculation and other module design. Suction device includes: a central shaft design, load calculation and other main module design; claw deployment device includes: shaft design, thin roller module design, load calculation and other main module design driven transition. Then, the working parameters of relevant mechanisms are showed when the motions of the main components are simulating in SolidWorks.Finally, the 3D SolidWorks software and finite element analysis software are used to modeling and analyzing, which provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent innovation structure of the bottom pasting machine.In order to solve the problem of paper and yarn composite packing bag bottom gluing problem, mechanical design methods, virtual assembly modeling design methods and the modular design methods are used to indentation, suction and claw deployment device combined with pneumatic transmission, gear transmission and chain transmission way. The device shows low impact and vibration and strong stability in working process and automation of the new paper and yarn compound bag bottom gluing is promoted. This new paper and yarn compound bag gluing machine is a green light industry device of stable performance, compact structure, low-carbon and environment-protection.
