The prefabricated construction has developed rapidly in recent years.It is the best construction method for the construction industry to continuously explore and pursue low cost,short construction period,and high quality.It has improved many problems faced by the traditional construction industry and enabled the construction industry to achieve "To the"manufacturing "approach.Compared with the traditional building construction process and technology,the assembly process is more complicated,the process is more,the component assembly requires high precision,the cross-operation between different types of work is more difficult to control,and the uncertainty factors that lead to schedule delays increase.The problem of delay in construction due to unreasonable schedule control of prefabricated construction projects and the failure to deliver on time has increasingly attracted great attention in the industry.Therefore,the problem of schedule control is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in prefabricated construction projects.The introduction of lean construction theory can allow advanced management concepts in the manufacturing industry to be applied to the construction industry,by reducing unnecessary waste in the project process,increasing the value of products,and meeting customer needs to the greatest extent.This article explores the application of lean construction theory in the management of prefabricated construction projects through an in-depth analysis of lean construction theory,combined with the characteristics and processes of prefabricated construction.Through literature research,22 factors influencing the lean construction schedule control of prefabricated buildings were determined,and the 22 structural factors were hierarchically divided using the interpreted structural model method.At the same time,the interrelationships among the various impact factors were obtained;Methods,the stock flow charts of each subsystem of the schedule control are established.Through the input of model equations and the integration of the subsystems,the dynamic model of the lean construction schedule control system of the prefabricated building is established,and the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Three influencing levels are divided for the influencing factors of schedule control.The first to third layers present a progressive relationship,so as to determine the influencing factors are divided into direct factors,indirect factors and basic factors.(2)Obtained a dynamic model of the lean construction progress control system of the prefabricated building that can provide a reference,which provides new ideas and methods for the progress control of the prefabricated construction project,which enriches the theoretical basis of the progress control of this type of project and can be used for lean construction.The theory provides suggestions for more scientific and reasonable application in the assembly construction project management.(3)Combined with the analysis of the simulation results of the actual engineering case,it is concluded that the application of lean construction theory in the management of prefabricated construction projects can improve the situation that the delivery cannot be used on time due to the delay of the construction period.Through the sensitivity analysis of the model,the scenes of ± 5% and ±10% changes in the key technical aspects of lean construction theory were simulated,and the most influential is the level of visual management,followed by the pull plan and total quality management.The least impact is the parallel design and construction and on-time production.(4)In the process of lean construction of prefabricated buildings,we must pay attention to and continuously improve the level of visualization management,and pay attention to the application of visualization software in project construction.Second,through the developmentof pull-type plans and comprehensive quality management methods,we can effectively control the avoidance of rework and reduce the number of failures.Secondly,through the development of a pull plan and comprehensive quality management methods to effectively control to avoid rework and reduce unnecessary waste,encourage parallel design and construction and on-time production of prefabricated components,and strive to achieve the goal of zero inventory to maximize the Avoid delays in construction period,shorten the construction period of prefabricated construction projects and give full play to their construction advantages.The research conclusions can provide a good reference for the practice of lean construction theory in the progress control of prefabricated construction projects,promote the transformation of prefabricated construction project management mode and the reasonable formulation of schedule control and plans,thus helping to promote the prefabricated construction in China Construction and development of the industry.
